Chateau de Sukhumvit

This is the worst hotel you can ever get, although the room and hotel are nice. The receptions aunties and night shift girl are all super rude, they treat guest like prisoners, and remember do not give 1000baht deposit as you doesn’t smoke, they say you smoke in the room they smell it and deduct 500baht from you. Their so call free shuttle tuk tuk service will not work at all, they only work from going out of hotel, said hourly but if you’re late like 12.02 just 2minutes they will point and tell you wrong time. Remember, their coffee sachet is very precious to them, I was out of room 3 days they deliver 3 package of hotel amenities which include coffee, the 4th day I ask for clean room they see so many coffe they stole it back, my other staffs ask for extra coffee they scold and ask for 20 baht, rudely to said, 3.5star hotel but service worst than a budget inn or backpackers hotel. Rubbish hotel

The hotel is very quiet and clean. The service is very good. there is a tennis court, gym and basket ball coyrt located very close to the hotel, but not a part of the hotel. It is a short walk form the On Nut BTS station

I tried 2 taxi drivers who found if difficult to find the place, however the third one finally did. We called the reception desk and it was about 10pm. Got a ‘yes’ when the phone was answered and almost no reply to where it was located or any help whatsoever. The woman then proceeded to just hang up. When eventually i arrived. The security were lovely and very helpful. I went into the lobby which reeked of ****. The woman at reception was stoned out of her head. Kept repeating herself and was almost catatonic. Took about 30 seconds to respond to any question i had. All she wanted to tell me was that there was no toothbrush or tooth paste in the room and that i would be fined if smoked on the balcony. I explained that i don’t smoke but she continued to hammer the point. The next day, the day staff were very helpful and sweet. Overall, location wasn’t bad. Security were fantastic. Day staff very friendly and helpful. The main things were the bed was like a rock. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste. The night staff was smashed out of her head and the lobby stank of ****. Other than that it was a comfortable stay.

Everything is good , just the air conditioner is leaking water , room 704

Even though it is a very good place, it is worth to pay for this price.
