The service attitude is terrible. I waited for half an hour in the sauna on the first floor but no one paid attention to me. I had to go to the 9th floor to check in. I couldn't get my money back if I didn't stay. They had time to reject my refund application but didn't have time to come down and see if there were any people waiting to check in. This is a rubbish hotel that will be black for life.
