The online reviews are correct. I stayed for 3 days in total. The location is pretty good and the price is reasonable. It is a family hotel. There was no cleaning or water renewal, so I could handle it myself. The most annoying thing is that the check-out time is 12 o'clock, and guests have to be kicked out at 11:40. Because I was not feeling well and wanted to use the toilet, I was told to give me 10 minutes. As a result, he came again two minutes later to drive the guest away. The experience is very poor.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Located in a shady area far from the BTS; dimmed lights at night and feels unsafe. Staff at counter when I visited was super unfriendly with a foul expression. The room contrasts the pictures as shown; enclosed without windows (including toilet), not aesthetically pleasing (walls are stained and not well refurbished), lacks amenities (only 1 charging point), lacks security (no peep-hole at door, door only has single lock, keycard has to be). Rooms are not sound proof either. Book at your own risk lol.

Slept here for a night. Less than 10 mins walk to BTS Phra Khanong station. Haven't taken a pic of the room but it was comfy for a solo traveler like me. I like the bathroom. It's clean.
