Good location for this hotel price level. Suit for visitor without car. The Parking lot is very difficult due to limited parking space and the parking lift is very terrible.

Really welcoming staff from my the moment we arrived, guard at the front guided us to car park lift and helped with our bags. Rooms were large with Nespresso machine as a nice touch!

Location: although the hotel is 10mins walk from the BTS station, but the road is narrow with busy traffic. It could be dangerous, not recommended to go with kids or elderly.
Room: my room had water leakage problem on my 3rd day of stay in the morning. The leakage was water from the air conditioning leaking from the ceiling. Although staffs are coming to clean it up right away, but the hotel did not arrange an alternate room unless you ask for that, and you are asked to pack and go down to the front desk to get the new room key.
Service: apart from the water leakage problem stated above; the hotel was missed to give me the breakfast coupon for my 4days of stay during the check in; when i asked them for it the next day morning, I was asked how many days of breakfast coupons do I need. Come on, my booking is included daily breakfast…why did they ask me how many days of coupons do I need?
On the other hand, breakfast coupon is a stupid operation in my point of view. It seems to me it is a gifts, but I paid for it actually.
The overall experience is bad!

Booked this hotel as i was on a budget.
Reasons why i booked this hotel are;
Location- 400m walk from Thonglor BTS
Cleanliness- Its a new hotel thus very clean and all in new condition.
Affordability- its really cheap for a 4-star hotel
Love how they dont ask for deposit when checking in too :)
