Good location halfway between the port/train station and the centre of Banyuwangi, however, if you arrive on the ferry like us Grab taxi drivers won't pick up from this area, we had to walk 200-300 metres from the port to meet our driver. Hotel is new, well-designed, very clean, with nice pool, gym, top floor lounge & bar. Room and bed were huge, very comfortable, with views towards Bali, and we enjoyed our two-night stay very much. Staff were charming and professional, we particularly appreciated Moza (I think that was her name, apologies if not correct) who checked us in & out, and also arranged the Ijen Crater tour for us including the medical check with a local doctor. Another young lady at reception also helped us book train tickets for our onward journey to Probolinggo using the tiket app. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of freshly cooked western and asian options, however, food at other times was average such as the salad & pizza in the photographs, and drinks in the lounge bar very expensive. We recommend taking a short taxi ride to the small restaurants on the coast near the fish market where you can get excellent fresh fish grilled for the same price as the hotel pizza, with a better atmosphere and local colour. We would definitely stay here again, an excellent hotel, great value for money including the breakfast, and we also appreciated the filtered water dispensers on every floor that removed the need for plastic bottles in the room - why don't more hotels offer such a simple way of reducing plastic? Highly recommend.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was so well mannered, helpful, and friendly! The morning breakfast was great and had a lot of variety! And there was hardly ever anyone in the pool, so my boyfriend and I always had it to ourselves. I had numerous video meetings for work during my stay and the staff went out of their way to make sure my internet connection was as fast as it could be! They even changed the router outside of our room! I’m grateful for their hard work and hospitality!

There are so much to critisize about Dialoog for booking a suite room. From the first time we arrived that we can't use too much hot water, because it only provides for two people when I was bringing 2 children so we have to wait for some time to refill the hot water tank. And for a suite they don't have a refrigerator in the room. The amenities very standard, only dental kit. The room itself so spacious, and we got the sea view which was super nice. The facilities are complete, spa room, gym with equiped tools, the infinity swimming pool also nice and clean. The surrounding view was the best! And here come the not so good part, the breakfast experience. As the biggest resort in town, the breakfast variations was very limited! Because after this hotel I moved to another hotel, Dialoog breakfast can't even compare to them. The taste wa so so. They only provide black coffee, and when my husband wanted a cup of latte we have to pay for extra price which in another hotel we got it for free. And it's standard in 4-5 stars hotel. Only a black coffee when we pay 3 million/day for a suite. They don't put the juices in jar, but as per request they poured it for us in a small glass, and the variation of juices only papaya, watermelon, and melon. Super standard food variation. You can have it all you can drink was tea , water, and coffee 😁 It was peak season and I don't impressed at all with the food. At least I was amazed by the views and the resort. So it covered my dissapointment of hotel experience. Will I come back again to this hotel? NO! It wasn't worth the price trust me, unless ypu choose this hotel ONLY for the views.

Very good hotel for a transit stop as close to the ferry terminal for the Bali crossing. The hotel spread over a large area with cottages dotted around the main hotel building. Breakfast room spread over 2 large rooms with nice selection of hot and cold food. Pretty swimming pool overlooking the Straits. Cannot comment on the dining room experience as a wedding was taken place and service was affected due to this, but plenty of other eateries in the town.

The best place for short vacation in banyuwangi, we have a wonderfulstay there with my 2 kids, they love the pool, playground and the food on the breakfast.. there is some small glitch but management act very quick to turn around the service into good experience. We love our room, its clean and tidy. Thank you for Ibu Dwi for taking care our stay, vani at spa for the relaxing treatment and front desk team for their warm smile and super helpfull. Definitely we will be back again later.

Het hotel heeft een nieuwe eigenaar en hij doet heel erg zijn best. We hadden een heel ruime kamer met een ongelooflijk mooi uitzicht op de rijstvelden. De badkamer was ook heel ruim met aparte ruimte voor de wasbak. Ook voldoende kasten aanwezig. Er is een restaurant bij het hotel maar het menu is voorlopig nog heel beperkt. De tuin was mooi aangelegd en goed onderhouden.

When climbing the Ijen volcano, you usually stay in Banyuwangi, mainly because it is close to the pier, but to climb the volcano you need to get up after 2 o'clock and drive for 2 hours. So when I booked a hotel, I looked at the very famous ijen villa&resort, but later it was all booked. So I happened to be recommended by the app Teras hotel ijen. I saw that the price was 600rmb a night and it was OK, so I made the decision (later I found out that the price had been reduced to 450rmb, which was a huge loss). The hotel is about 45 minutes away from Banyuwangi Pier, but the location allows you to see the Ijen volcanoes, and there are rice fields and coconut trees outside. The sunset is so beautiful. There are actually several hotels around, as well as a guest house, which costs 200rmb a night. The hotel design is very design-like, similar to domestic boutique hotels, with only one floor of rooms. Since there are no restaurants around the hotel, you can basically eat at the hotel. The price is not expensive, only 50rmb per person, which is really cheap. However, there is a small cafe when you go down the alley from the hotel and turn right on the main road. A few young people are relatively new to making drinks, but the photos are beautiful. I recommend everyone to check it out. Then there is a guest house next to the hotel, where you can also drink coffee. It is surrounded by rice fields, which is also suitable for watching the sunset. Staying in the entire hotel was very relaxing and there was no sense of pressure. The biggest problem with Teras Hotel is that transportation is inconvenient. You can't get Grab here. Only the hotel has a taxi phone number. Going to the pier is twice as expensive and the asking price is 250k. There is no other choice but to leave. Also, if you sign up for a group tour to climb Ijen, it is not available here. The hotel will provide a contact person to discuss it yourself. Basically, a car costs 1,700k, including guide and tickets. We will pick you up at the hotel and take you to the pier at the end. The price is slightly expensive, but it is acceptable, and it is okay for three or four people to carpool. In short, in ijen, it is highly recommended to stay here for one more day to relieve the fatigue of the special forces trip.

Room was spacious and the meal was tasty to our liking. Loved their Singkong Goreng menu! The staff was nice and our driver who picked up us in the airport was very helpful. Hotel environment provided a jogging track and nice view to stroll. So lavish! The improvement they can do is the floor cleaning to make it cleaner. And to care monitoring of the last night dishes of which were still stacked in our terrace by noon. When we stayed, there was a renovation which a bit noisy after we came back from Ijen to take a rest. But the worker stopped at evening. Overall, we enjoyed our staying and would stay there again if going to Ijen again.

I was really tired after going to bromo, so I decided to take an extra day in ijen and stay in a beautiful hotel to rest my feet! It turned out to be too wise 🌟Time and route The hotel is located in a deep mountain, so it is very difficult to find. No wonder the name is: hidden paradise. It takes four or five hours to drive from the foot of Bromo Mountain to the hotel. After entering the mountain, there are S-shaped roads. You must use Google Maps to navigate. We are open from noon to evening, so a two-night stay is more appropriate. 🌟Hotel environment It’s so beautiful that I’m speechless! It feels like this is the back garden of paradise. You can see the volcano🌋 in the distance, as well as the mist in the morning, the green grass, the bright sunshine and the palm trees. The body and mind are healed ❤️🩹, and the fatigue of climbing all night is gone. It can be relieved well. Overall, it is not particularly luxurious, but it gives people a very relaxing feeling and there are not many people. Hotels are basically villas. If it is a standard room, the interior may be average. It is best to book a suite, which will be larger and have its own balcony, such as P4. 🌟Peripherals to play with We mainly rested in the hotel and also experienced the hotel spa. It was not particularly expensive. It cost about 400r for two people. Breakfast and dinner were also served in the hotel restaurant. The next night we went to Ijen Volcano, which took about 1.5 hours by car. In the surrounding area, you can go to 1️⃣baluran national park, a wildlife park, which takes about 2 hours by car. 2️⃣Lord of the Rings Forest, dejawan forest
