This is the only Marriott-branded hotel in Baoding, a bit of a distance from the East Station. The lobby's height and area are quite impressive for a Fairfield Inn. When I checked in, the front desk attendant, Mr. Ge Xushi, was very responsive to my needs, and he consistently helped follow up and resolve any issues I encountered during my three-day stay. I'm very grateful to him. The complimentary laundry service was a pleasant surprise and something I've never experienced in any other hotel of this type. I used it for two days, and the cleaning lady would have everything washed for me early in the morning. Definitely a thumbs up!

LLanyangyang8035My friends and I made a last-minute decision to visit Ximna for the weekend with our two families, and we booked the Fairfield by Marriott on Trip.com. We were absolutely delighted! First off, the front desk staff was incredibly professional. They arranged our three rooms on the same floor, right next to each other, and even gave us a free room upgrade along with some complimentary welcome snacks. The rooms were spacious and bright, with excellent natural light and soundproofing. The facilities were brand new, and the cleaning was top-notch – everything was spotless. The laundry room on the ground floor was super convenient for both washing and drying; the kids' dirty clothes from a full day of play were fresh and clean again within an hour. Breakfast ran until 10:30 AM, so there was no need to rush in the morning. The lobby on the first floor offered free coffee and even lemon-mint water, which the kids loved. They also gave us complimentary bottled water when we checked out. All in all, both the adults and children were very happy. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Xiong'an.
