GGuest UserSo close and so beautiful to Hebei for the weekend. A thousand-year plan, Xiongan, the city of the future, is a place I have always wanted to visit. The hotel was chosen at the Exhibition Hotel, and Ctrip had booked it in advance.
The hotel is very new, the rooms are clean, and the front desk service is standard and friendly. There is a free underground garage. There are many high-rise buildings in the Xiongan business center area. It is said to be the earliest business building group in Xiongan. There are many delicious food in the surrounding area. The buffet breakfast is quite satisfactory and the food is fresh. The salted duck eggs in Baiyangdian are good! It ends at 9:30.
Check-out is convenient and the deposit arrives quickly.
All in all, the price/performance ratio is relatively high.

1127xingmiaoThe room was very clean and spacious. The connecting room was very convenient for traveling with children. There were many restaurants nearby. It was very close to the Convention and Exhibition Center, the Eye of Xiong'an, and the park. The housekeeper Ellie provided excellent service. I will choose to stay at Wyndham again next time.

All the service staff provided as much help as possible after seeing us. Thank you very much! The hotel's breakfast is great. Many hotels now have pre-made dishes. Many of the dishes in this hotel are fresh and have some local specialties. The hotel is very new, has complete facilities, and is very clean, which makes us feel more at ease with our children. Thank you to Miss Amanda at the front desk for giving us a towel (later I found that it was lint-free). This doesn't affect my desire to stay here next time, because you guys are really nice! Thank you, I will test it after staying here😊

The restaurant in the hotel lobby has a buffet lunch for 118 per person. The Chinese food is rich, including stir-fried dishes, teppanyaki, grilled skewers, and local specialties such as small wild vegetable cakes and roasted sweet potatoes. The Western desserts are also very good, with good color, fragrance and taste. There are also various sushi, which is quite satisfactory. There are red wine, beer, various beverages, yogurt and fruits, which are very cost-effective. The breakfast at Baidu Restaurant is also very good, with everything you need, especially the pancakes are delicious. DDARK-KI am extremely grateful to the hotel's Golden Key Brown, for bringing me a pleasant and unforgettable stay experience. I came to Xiongan New Area on a business trip. Brown provided me with a great deal of assistance, ensuring that my travels went smoothly. He arranged an airport pick-up service for me. Since the driver couldn't speak English, Brown thoughtfully provided a Chinese-English translation card for communication with the driver. He also arranged in advance the room type that I liked. The hotels in China are highly intelligent, and I really like Chinese hotels.Brown also prepared welcome fruits and a welcome letter for me. The welcome letter provided a detailed introduction to every part of the hotel, which I could refer to whenever I needed. The hotel covers a very large area and has numerous business premises. The content of the welcome letter was of great help to me. The hotel also offers free rides on sightseeing vehicles, and the scenery here is extremely beautiful. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

GGuest UserDuring the May Day holiday, my family went to Xiong'an for a trip. We arrived smoothly in 2 hours from Beijing. The check-in time was a bit long due to the full occupancy rate during the holiday, but the staff were fully cooperative and finally lived in the Little Prince theme suite that the children liked.
Facilities: The room is spacious and bright, fully equipped with a small tent, electronic piano, dolls, and drawing boards. Even if you don't leave the hotel, the children can play for half a day. It is strongly recommended to bring children to stay in a parent-child theme room.
Hygiene: Equipped with a full set of Little Prince toiletries and towels, the sheets and quilts are clean and tidy. Staying for two nights, the room cleaning on the second day was also very timely and in place, and the room was cleaned and tidy.
Environment: The hotel is very convenient to the Eye of Xiong'an, the Convention and Exhibition Center, and Yuerong Park. The room has light and dark adjustment, which is very friendly for babies to take a nap.
Service: Very satisfied! A few days before check-in, the hotel staff contacted in advance and informed us of very detailed travel strategies and precautions. Any problems during the stay were solved in time. When I met the hotel staff, they were all smiling, making the guests feel at home!
Of course, there are also shortcomings. There are many guests in the hotel during the holidays, and the waiting time for check-in is a bit long, which is a bit difficult for babies who want to take a nap. However, because the suite comes with afternoon tea for two, we waited in the lobby bar to ease some of the pressure. The windows in the room need to be told to open by the staff. There is a bit of smell in the room, but opening the window for ventilation and adding an air purifier alleviates it a little. There is a queue during the peak period of the breakfast buffet. Another thing is that for electric car owners, there is no charging pile equipment in the hotel basement, which is not very convenient.
Overall, it was a very satisfactory stay experience, and I would recommend friends who come to Xiong'an to choose Sofitel Hotel.

The parking lot is large and you can park wherever you like. The breakfast is very good, with many varieties and a lot of choices. The front desk service is excellent, such as Spring Breeze Buddha Noodles. They proactively provided two room cards, which gave us great convenience. It was almost perfect, but there is still a little regret, that is, the floor drain in the bathroom is not smooth, so I can only deduct one point.
