CCaicaimuziWe stayed here with our family for a spring outing during the Qingming Festival, and the experience was excellent! The room was spacious. Xiao Zhao at the front desk was patient, friendly, and approachable. The location is convenient, surrounded by lush greenery and a tranquil environment, making it super easy to go out for spring walks. There were no detours to restaurants or attractions. The hotel was quiet and peaceful overall, creating a wonderful atmosphere for relaxation. We felt warm and comfortable, and the whole family was very satisfied.

Her service went beyond routine politeness; it was a proactive and considerate approach. Before I even made a request, she had already thoughtfully considered everything, from a morning greeting to weather-based travel suggestions – all of which made me feel incredibly at ease and warm. She always resolved issues with a proactive attitude, her genuine smile and efficient actions ensuring a high-quality and reassuring experience in every detail of my stay. Huanhuan truly defined exceptional butler service and left an unforgettable impression of this hotel. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserIt's really great. We are traveling with a baby of one month old, so we thought there would be a lot of inconvenience during the trip, but the hotel's service is really perfect. All the service staff provided as much help as possible after seeing us. Thank you very much! The hotel's breakfast is great. Many hotels now have pre-made dishes. Many of the dishes in this hotel are fresh and have some local specialties. The hotel is very new, has complete facilities, and is very clean, which makes us feel more at ease with our children. Thank you to Miss Amanda at the front desk for giving us a towel (later I found that it was lint-free). This doesn't affect my desire to stay here next time, because you guys are really nice! Thank you, I will test it after staying here😊

No matter what happens, the service staff will help you solve it immediately! Special thanks to Wang Qingmiao and Zhao Ruotong, two staff members, who quietly prepared a big cake and sent it to the room. It was an unexpected surprise. My son was very happy on his birthday that day!

Service: The service staff took the luggage at the door, accompanied us to check in, and kept sending us to the room, leaving the luggage.
Hygienic: The room is very clean, all sanitary ware, bedding quality is very good. The layout is reasonable, spacious and bright, there is a large terrace, and the hotel has a panoramic lake view.
Environment: The hotel landscape design is even better, one step at a time, and the photos are very good.
Service: The hotel service is very good, Xiao Wu and Xiao Huo are very friendly, smile and say hello, polite farewell, each employee's performance is very professional and very high-quality. Overall stay experience: the hotel decoration is high-grade, the magnificent pay attention to the division of functional areas, and the humanistic care and privacy are withdrawn; The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, the room was soundproofed, and the facilities were complete; the parking was convenient; the breakfast was varied, the noodles were strongly recommended, and the beef was poured, which was delicious and enjoyable. Uuljjatxa121I stayed for two nights during the Qingming Festival, and the service was excellent. After booking, a butler contacted me to register my car plate number and other details. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to a mall with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. It's also just a few kilometers' drive from Xiong'an Xinma Forest Park. Let's talk about the facilities first: I went with my child, and there's a playground in B1. They even added an extra 'naughty castle' during the holiday, which my child absolutely loved. The children's play area is quite small, really only suitable for one to two-year-olds to play in briefly. The two building block tables had a limited number of toys, so I'd suggest adding more. There are also some electronic entertainment facilities that require tokens to play. There are two heated children's pools, but they are a bit small. I wouldn't recommend going if it's crowded, as it would be like 'dumplings in a pot.'
Next, breakfast: if you go around 9 AM, you'll have to queue for about 15 minutes, but they opened two restaurants, so the efficiency was still decent. I only had breakfast at the Chinese restaurant. The variety wasn't extensive, and the taste was average, but it was sufficient.
Finally, the rooms: we stayed on the 8th floor and booked two rooms. One of them still had a bit of a new renovation smell. After I mentioned it to the butler, they promptly brought an air purifier and even a fruit plate as an apology. Anyway, the service was quite reassuring. I'll definitely stay here again when the weather gets warmer.

GGuest UserVery satisfied overall. I booked a deluxe suite, and the hotel proactively upgraded me to an executive suite for free when I checked in. The executive privileges were exchanged for a free buffet dinner.
Both the dinner and the breakfast buffet were very rich. Dinner coincided with the Southeast Asian Food Festival, with many Southeast Asian specialties, desserts, and seafood varieties. I ate so much that I couldn't walk. The children were super happy to eat all kinds of desserts.
The room hygiene and service are up to five-star standards. The hotel covers a large area, the green vegetation is well done, and there are many landscape designs. It is very pleasant to take a walk in the hotel.
The overall stay experience is very satisfactory!

MMowangdelaopoThe hotel is very conveniently located, and it only takes a few minutes to get there after getting off the highway. The housekeeper Xiaowei provided very thoughtful service, and helped us upgrade the room to the small column suite, which the children were very surprised and liked. The private hot spring in the room was clean and hygienic, the buffet breakfast was rich in variety, the hotel had a naughty castle, and there was also a Qingqing ranch where you could walk your kids around, and the beautiful Baishishan Mountain. It was simply a treasure hotel, and I have recommended it to my friends.
I would like to thank the beautiful housekeeper Xiaowei. We left our things in the room when we checked out. Xiaowei contacted us in time and helped us contact the courier to return the items. Thank you 😊

We opened four rooms, but there were two of them. The doors could not be opened, or they could not be locked. There was even a toilet in one room. The waiter came to pick it up three times. The hotel has a good indoor pool, but no bath towels are provided. Do you not take a bath after swimming?

SsaintdengThere are indoor and outdoor hot springs and a constant temperature swimming pool. The children had a lot of fun and insisted on staying. The hot springs were clean and hygienic, except for the fluff of catkins floating on the outdoor hot springs. The hotel room is moderate in size, the bedding is comfortable, it is very quiet at night, and I had a good rest.
