There is a real estate being sold next to the hotel and the location is excellent. Free parking in front of the parking lot. Drive directly out when leaving the venue. The service is really good, the handsome guy at the front desk greets you kindly, helps with luggage, tea, business is skilled, and check-in is done quickly. The room is on the floor behind the lobby, staff helps deliver luggage to the room, and welcome fruit. The hotel's Chinese garden yard, green trees and green cages, with mountains, waterfalls, spray scenery, as if in the park. The room is bright, spacious, clean and comfortable, with plenty of storage space and quality bedding. The bathroom of the luxury hotel, two sinks, bathtub and shower are complete, hot water is sufficient, and the water is unblocked. The hotel's Chinese restaurant, the environment is elegant, there are many guests, we also choose here for dinner. The dishes are beautifully presented, with less salt according to our requirements and taste good. The food is shown in the picture. We have a weak room network and cellular signal.

It's really great. We are traveling with a baby of one month old, so we thought there would be a lot of inconvenience during the trip, but the hotel's service is really perfect. All the service staff provided as much help as possible after seeing us. Thank you very much! The hotel's breakfast is great. Many hotels now have pre-made dishes. Many of the dishes in this hotel are fresh and have some local specialties. The hotel is very new, has complete facilities, and is very clean, which makes us feel more at ease with our children. Thank you to Miss Amanda at the front desk for giving us a towel (later I found that it was lint-free). This doesn't affect my desire to stay here next time, because you guys are really nice! We stayed here with our family for a spring outing during the Qingming Festival, and the experience was excellent! The room was spacious. Xiao Zhao at the front desk was patient, friendly, and approachable. The location is convenient, surrounded by lush greenery and a tranquil environment, making it super easy to go out for spring walks. There were no detours to restaurants or attractions. The hotel was quiet and peaceful overall, creating a wonderful atmosphere for relaxation. We felt warm and comfortable, and the whole family was very satisfied.

She always resolved issues with a proactive attitude, her genuine smile and efficient actions ensuring a high-quality and reassuring experience in every detail of my stay. Huanhuan truly defined exceptional butler service and left an unforgettable impression of this hotel. Highly recommended!

This hotel offers incredible value for money! The room was very spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The bedding looked brand new. Plus, it came with free admission to the hot springs and the kids' play area, making it a fantastic choice for families. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, featuring local specialties. A special shout-out to the concierge, who provided warm and thoughtful service. When we checked out, she even gave us some cherry tomatoes from the hotel's garden. I specifically booked the Sofitel Xiong'an this time, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Since I was traveling with a child, I booked the 'Octonauts' themed room. The room was decorated with a playful, warm, and cute design, and my little one had an absolute blast. The room was clean and tidy, and most importantly, safety was a top priority with no sharp corners, so I didn't have to worry about bumps or scrapes. The bathroom was equipped with a step stool for the sink and a child's toilet seat – truly the ultimate for traveling with kids! The hotel's public areas were also clean and tidy, especially the swimming pool area on the 4th floor, which featured a constant-temperature children's pool with excellent water quality and no pungent chemical filter smell. We felt very safe and played for a long time. The restaurant was also very convenient, with a wide variety of breakfast options that tasted great. Furthermore, the hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful, proactively asking about our needs and being patient and meticulous. The service was very satisfying. One minor point: you might want to bring light clothing indoors as the room temperature was a bit high, and the windows seemed to be sealed. It would have been perfect if there was ventilation.

The public areas were elegantly designed and the overall atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. This hotel offers great value for money. The hotel is very conveniently located, and it only takes a few minutes to get there after getting off the highway. The housekeeper Xiaowei provided very thoughtful service, and helped us upgrade the room to the small column suite, which the children were very surprised and liked. The private hot spring in the room was clean and hygienic, the buffet breakfast was rich in variety, the hotel had a naughty castle, and there was also a Qingqing ranch where you could walk your kids around, and the beautiful Baishishan Mountain. It was simply a treasure hotel, and I have recommended it to my friends. I would like to thank the beautiful housekeeper Xiaowei. We left our things in the room when we checked out. The room layout is reasonable, and the bathroom and sleeping are completely separated. Floor-to-ceiling windows, the view is very comfortable. The parking lot is large and you can park wherever you like. The breakfast is very good, with many varieties and a lot of choices. The front desk service is excellent, such as Spring Breeze Buddha Noodles. They proactively provided two room cards, which gave us great convenience. It was almost perfect, but there is still a little regret, that is, the floor drain in the bathroom is not smooth, so I can only deduct one point.

There are indoor and outdoor hot springs and a constant temperature swimming pool. The children had a lot of fun and insisted on staying. The hot springs were clean and hygienic, except for the fluff of catkins floating on the outdoor hot springs. The hotel room is moderate in size, the bedding is comfortable, it is very quiet at night, and I had a good rest.
