I had a really great stay at this hotel, but what made the experience special was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. Even with language barriers at times, they always tried their best to help me and made me feel genuinely welcome. The atmosphere felt very personal and authentic compared to many standard hotels. The owners and staff were warm, patient, and always smiling, which made the stay much more memorable. You can really feel that they care about their guests and put effort into creating a comfortable environment. I would absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking not only for a room, but also for genuinely friendly people and a local experience.

The room was excellent, quiet and comfortable. The front desk service was especially attentive. The washing machine washed and dried the clothes, so they were ready to wear right away. The robot food delivery was very convenient, and the breakfast was also very good – highly recommended! Facilities: Very complete Cleanliness: Very clean Environment: Excellent. Hygiene: Exceptionally clean and excellent, highly recommended. Facilities: Newly renovated, perfect for families and couples. Environment: Located right next to the scenic spot, just a 10-minute walk straight ahead. You can even enjoy the view from your room in the morning; it's situated right at the foot of the mountain. My husband loved it and said it deserves a rave review. Highly recommended! Service: The owners are incredibly helpful! It's a husband-and-wife business! The first time we went, we took the wrong route and got off at Yeshanpo. The owners picked us up in the middle of the night and took us to Bailixia! So touching! The owner even personally picked us up! Truly highly recommended! Rest assured, you won't be disappointed! Service is the most crucial factor!

The service did not reach the expectations. As the description said, we can leave the baggages with the hotel. And when we asked, she just said that we can just leave our bags by the couch, with the not-a-service mind. The second front person we encountered was just a tiny bit better. So we had to go outside and pay for the bag deposit. The cleanliness is another problem. The floor inside the room was so sticky, to the point that we needed to wear the slippers all the time. We didn’t want to bother the receptionist so we had to endure that issue. We also requested the non-smoking room but we got the one filled of smoking smell.

The bedroom was very comfortable and practical, with a well-thought-out design that truly caters to hotel guests' needs. It's a pity that the room had ”French windows” but it's impossible to open any of them It would also have been great if the door was more airtight, because the cigarettes smoke of the guests smoking in the corridor entered the room and it smelled really bad. But overall, this room offers very good value for money

I believe my friends and I spent Christmas eve here. Being an exchange student from England, far from home, and my friends and classmates from Latvia and Cambodia, we needed somewhere homely and comfortable to stay. This place was exactly what we needed. We stayed here for one night in the middle of winter as part of our road trip from Beijing to Wutaishan, following the sections of the Great Wall. We turned up after dark, we were welcomed with a big smile and slept with ease after the long drive. In the morning I woke up early, found a spot in the courtyard garden and opened my Christmass cards. The owners dog immediately rolled over to be petted and for the next hour I had good company, drank tea and enjoyed the peace. The owners awoke to find me outside, probably thought I was a ****** and so, immediately lit their fire in the garden. They saw me drinking tea so got the iron kettle boiling over the heat of the flames. My mates awoke to this and joined me and the boss by the fire. The outside temperature was negative, but we were warm, happy and ready for the day ahead - exploring Baishishan. The boss also showed us his great tea collection. I want to thank the owners for a short but great stay and I highly recommend. I would like to come back in spring to see their courtyard in full bloom.

So this place was quite clean and interesting. The hotel front lobby is disconnected from the actual rooms. The rooms are located in a building behind (a 30 second walk at maximum). There are no elevators, but the front desk attendant helped me take my suitcase upstairs. They also gave me a fapiao invoice (发票) and a stamped document with the details of my stay upon request! Very nice to get if you're a foreigner.

The room is quite good, but the bathroom is a bit small and the central air conditioner is not very cool, but the outside environment is very good. The transportation is very convenient, and the lady boss is very welcoming, but it's too hot outside.

I arrived a little late, but the elder brother was still enthusiastic to receive me and help me check in. He was very enthusiastic and warm. The gentle elder brother was like a family member. The accommodation environment was also very good. I am usually too lazy to write reviews, but after staying here for one night, I really felt considerate and warm. Good review 👍!
