XXiaoxiaoemo～The price during the Chinese New Year is completely unimagined at a high premium. It may be because it is not a tourist city, but it is precisely because there are fewer bustling people. The living is very quiet and comfortable. The sanitation and cleaning are reassuring and comfortable. The environment is quiet and advanced. This price of living in orange crystal in the tourist city really dare not think, the hand-made coffee in the room, the warm lighting, the essential oil aroma on the bedside, all show the details of the brand. Snack gift bag was sent when checking out. The only thing that needs to be improved is that the type of breakfast can be increased. The heating is too sufficient, I have to open the window to sleep at night, haha 😃

NNV8My stay at Ruimeihua was pleasant and hassle free. Rooms were spacious, clean and had a wide range of amenities. Be it front desk, kitchen, cleaning and all other staff were always attentive and helpful. Breakfast had multiple options to choose from. Recommended.

FFredJiaThe main reason for choosing this one is because it is new. The surrounding B&Bs are either too old or have reviews saying there are many mosquitoes and rats. The hotel is very clean overall, with a slight decoration smell. The service is also quite good. The location is very good, just across the wall from the Jingui Wharf. However, the surrounding environment is a bit messy and the scenic area is not planned.
The room was very clean, but the decoration level and quality were not very good. The water in the newly renovated shower room could actually flow into the dry area. Breakfast and dinner were also too simple.
Overall, the accommodation conditions are at most 500-600 level, which is not worth the current price. If you go there now, you will just go for the new facilities.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the edge of the county. It is not far from Gulou Street by taxi. We came here for the indoor swimming pool because of our schedule, so we were not able to experience it. It is a pity that there are free coffee, tea, popsicles, rubber bands and other small welcome items in the hotel lobby. In the cabin, we booked a 1.35-inch twin bed, which can be moved, so it is family-friendly for second-born children. However, the quilt is a bit damp. There is an air purifier in the room, and the sound insulation is not particularly good. The breakfast is comprehensive, but we arrived at 8:30. We may arrive a little late, so please be careful to go early.

Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, with all disposable items available.
Environment: Transportation is very convenient, with taxis frequently stopping at the hotel entrance, offering direct access to all the city attractions for around 6 yuan.
Service: The service was excellent. I arrived at the hotel around 10 AM, and the front desk staff checked me in early because they saw there were rooms available. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The national style furniture and smart Xiaomei are seamless and comfortable. The water pressure in the bathroom is not particularly sufficient. The restaurant environment is good and the staff is enthusiastic. There was an engagement banquet at lunch, and there were many people who smoked, polluting the surrounding environment and slightly reducing points.

GGuest UserThis stay truly exceeded all expectations. As foreigners visiting Citadines Baoding for the first time, the overall experience couldn’t have been better — it was absolutely top-notch 👍.
From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive.
The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The room is well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and there is even a washing machine inside the room, making the stay especially convenient for families and longer visits.
Another major highlight is the room layout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate small living area. This design is a big plus — my husband can watch TV or work in the living space without disturbing my rest, which greatly enhances comfort and privacy.
Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for business or families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Citadines to anyone visiting Baoding.

YYuanxiaobaobaoddWe stayed in a spacious double room in the office building, decorated in a slightly old-fashioned style. Although there was no private hot spring, there was a bathtub. Watching the New Year's Eve gala on TV as a family was quite pleasant.
Breakfast was fairly plentiful; the pancakes were good. There was fruit, cold dishes, stir-fries, and various staple foods. The coffee was instant.
Agricultural Park Mini-Pass (Unlimited Entry and Exit): This was excellent; we strolled around. The pass inside was 55 yuan, and we played in the snow world and bumper cars, which was well worth it.
Double Hot Spring Resort: This was my second visit. It was too crowded and rather old. The price-performance ratio was acceptable.

The staff us very helpful and friendly. I stayed on the 23th floor with amazing view of a park. Breakfast is great with lots of choices. In the afternoon, there was a snack and fruit treat in the room.

For guests who wear glasses, there is no place to put their glasses when they shower, and there is no place to put their own toiletries. There is no place to hang bath towels and clothes. During the three-day holiday, I took my children to Baoding for a trip. I chose this hotel and specially chose a river view room with a bathtub. As a result, I never expected that I didn’t see the river view, but I really had a dream in the decoration noise room. The river channel downstairs was renovated and built, so I had to endure it without the river view. Construction started at 7:30 on the first day of the holiday. I was awakened by the noise of the excavator or some large equipment downstairs. I was so annoyed that I complained to the front desk and was told that there was a marathon at the end of the month and the river channel needed to be rushed. It was possible to work overtime during the holiday. Speechless! I went shopping and returned to the hotel at 3pm to take a rest. As a result, an old man in the community opposite sang on the big speaker in the small square, and five speakers were playing together. After the lobby manager communicated with the old man, the music noise disappeared. The hotel urgently purchased earplugs and provided them to guests. The construction started at 7 am on the second morning of the holiday. There was no hope of sleeping in! I got up, had breakfast, checked out and left!
The swimming pool on the 25th floor of the hotel was not open, and the guests were informed on Ctrip! Since the hotel knew that the river in front of the building was under construction, it should also inform the guests on the website and fulfill the obligation to inform! The hotel did not inform the guests, so it is a bad review! ! !
