KKL1234Stayed here with my wife and son while visiting family and had a great experience. I was a bit hesitant at first since we usually stick with Marriott properties, but this place exceeded expectations and honestly felt better than many Marriott hotels we’ve stayed at.
The hotel feels brand new, very clean, and well maintained. The laundry room was a huge plus for us, especially traveling with a child. Breakfast was convenient and tasty, so we didn’t even need to leave the building in the mornings. There’s also a convenience store right around the corner which made things even easier.
What really stood out was the staff. The reception team was incredibly kind and helpful, especially when my son had an emotional moment. Despite the language barrier, check-in and check-out were smooth using an offline translation app.
Would definitely stay here again.

IionaHotel location and quality are the best in Yishui Lake Scenic Area! The restaurant exit is the Golden Turtle Wharf, which is very convenient! The roof terrace has a panoramic view of Yishui Lake! The blue infinity pool is integrated with the lake. The room facilities are very clean, the room is spacious, the bedding towels are of good quality! Hotel service is also very warm and thoughtful. During the stay, there was an episode. There were many cars during the May Day holiday. My car was blocked by other cars. The hotel leader on duty (I heard that he was a treasurer), and immediately provided his own private car service! This kind of hotel quality is precious as a matter of your own home! The hotel manager specially prepared local millet for souvenirs! The warm atmosphere is reflected everywhere. The hotel's backyard parking lot is spacious and there are various lake views. A high watchtower, looking at the distant mountains and the lake, refreshing...

GGuest UserI chose this hotel for my business trip, and the overall experience was very pleasant. The location is excellent, not far from where I needed to be, making my commute very easy. The room layout is well-designed, with spacious desks and chairs, perfect for working. The internet connection was fast and stable. The cleanliness was exceptional; the floors, tables, and bedding were all spotless, with no detail overlooked. The soundproofing was great, making for a very quiet night, allowing me to get a good night's sleep after a busy day. The service was professional and appropriate; both security and housekeeping staff were very diligent and responsive to my needs. The facilities were comprehensive, with hot water and air conditioning working perfectly, providing a great user experience. The price was very competitive for the area, offering excellent value for money. The overall experience was impeccable, making it a top choice for business travelers, and I will definitely stay here again on future trips.

GGuest UserThe hotel's front desk service was excellent, especially the lobby manager. I came to Dingzhou to take an exam, and because the exam room was located in the same place, I specifically asked the front desk, who then contacted the manager, who contacted the relevant person in charge to confirm. It was really thoughtful. The hotel is newly renovated, so there was a slight smell in the room, but it didn't affect it! They gave me a fruit plate, and the service attitude must be praised. 👍 If I have the chance to come to Dingzhou in the future, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

FFredis BonillaI came to this city on a business trip, and I can honestly say this was one of the best places I stayed during my time in China.
The hotel is located in an excellent area, everything was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I especially want to recognize the housekeeping staff—the ladies who cleaned and took care of my room did an excellent job throughout my stay.
The only real challenge I experienced was the language barrier. Communication in English at the hotel was very difficult, and for international business travelers, having at least one English-speaking staff member available would make a big difference.
One other suggestion would be to have a restaurant and bar inside the hotel open in the evening, where guests could enjoy a drink and a variety of international food without having to leave the hotel. This would be especially convenient for foreign guests who may have difficulty communicating outside because of the language barrier.
With these improvements, this hotel would easily be a 10/10 for me. Overall, I had an excellent experience and I highly recommend it to my business colleagues visiting the area. Great location, excellent cleanliness, delicious breakfast, and wonderful service. I would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThis stay truly exceeded all expectations. As foreigners visiting Citadines Baoding for the first time, the overall experience couldn’t have been better — it was absolutely top-notch 👍.
From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive.
The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The room is well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and there is even a washing machine inside the room, making the stay especially convenient for families and longer visits.
Another major highlight is the room layout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate small living area. This design is a big plus — my husband can watch TV or work in the living space without disturbing my rest, which greatly enhances comfort and privacy.
Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for business or families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Citadines to anyone visiting Baoding.

DDr LightningEverting is good ,1st time I came into China as a Muslim business man, I found this hotel have HALAL food options in a breakfast as well, location near to all my required factories.
One thing management need to focus on:
1- smoking is everywhere almost although they have displayed the sign ,”no smoking “ but no one care even hotel staff as well especially breakfast time staff also does smoking which gives me anxiety and sickness as a non smoker . In rooms people are smoking as well. It’s very good hotel but no following the rules non smoking . Next to the hotel is halal restaurant is available as well for lunch and dinner. Important thing they have prayer room as well.

YYuanxiaobaobaoddWe stayed in a spacious double room in the office building, decorated in a slightly old-fashioned style. Although there was no private hot spring, there was a bathtub. Watching the New Year's Eve gala on TV as a family was quite pleasant.
Breakfast was fairly plentiful; the pancakes were good. There was fruit, cold dishes, stir-fries, and various staple foods. The coffee was instant.
Agricultural Park Mini-Pass (Unlimited Entry and Exit): This was excellent; we strolled around. The pass inside was 55 yuan, and we played in the snow world and bumper cars, which was well worth it.
Double Hot Spring Resort: This was my second visit. It was too crowded and rather old. The price-performance ratio was acceptable.

GGuest UserMy stay at Taopu Hotel was great. The room was clean and bright, the facilities were fully equipped and worked well, and the hot water was consistent. The environment was quiet, so I got a really good rest. The service was gentle and attentive, with great attention to detail and no unnecessary upsells, making for a very comfortable and reassuring stay. The price was reasonable, offering good value for money. I'd recommend it to friends and will definitely be back.
