GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at Xana Hotelle Baoding Wangdu. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and the location was extremely convenient for my business needs. The amenities exceeded expectations with modern facilities and thoughtful touches throughout. While the service was generally good and staff were polite, there was minor room for improvement in responsiveness during peak hours. Overall, a highly comfortable and efficient stay—perfect for business travelers. Would definitely return!

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, right next to Zhuozhou Central Square, making it super convenient for dining, shopping, and supermarkets. The hotel is newly renovated, with a high-class lobby and excellent service. There are small gifts upon check-in, and the front desk staff are polite and welcoming. I was also very satisfied with the room; it was clean, bright, and at a comfortable temperature. The bedding was comfortable, and the breakfast was also good, with a wide selection and a pleasant dining environment.

The location of the hotel is very conspicuous and easy to find. The service attitude at the front desk is very good, and the room attendants also help with washing and drying clothes. All facilities required in a guest room are available, and the area is relatively large and spacious. Takeaways can also be delivered directly to the room using a robot. What needs to be complained is still the breakfast. Although it is included, there is nothing left when I went there at 8 o'clock. There are only a few pickles and two cold dishes, which are also the bottom, and there is no staple food. After everyone's strong reaction, some quick-frozen bean buns came up, which were all cold and not heated through, and they had to be snatched. And there were no basic eggs, at least one per person, and the waiter said we didn't have eggs.
The restaurant waiter said that there were too many people and the food couldn't be cooked, but how many people stayed every day and the front desk didn't communicate, don't they know how many people eat?
Free bathing is not bad!
