I had a wonderful stay at Xana Hotelle Baoding Wangdu. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and the location was extremely convenient for my business needs. The amenities exceeded expectations with modern facilities and thoughtful touches throughout. While the service was generally good and staff were polite, there was minor room for improvement in responsiveness during peak hours. Overall, a highly comfortable and efficient stay—perfect for business travelers. Would definitely return!

Five stars is a must! The service was incredibly warm and welcoming. This new branch is conveniently located in the heart of Zhuozhou New City in Hexi, right next to a large shopping mall. The newly renovated environment is bright and airy, and the room layout is well-designed, especially the south-facing rooms, which are quiet and away from the road. The sun shines in, making the rooms warm and inviting. The only downsides are that the cleanliness could be a bit more thorough; there were still some food scraps in some nooks and crannies. The breakfast selection was also a bit limited, and a coffee machine would have been a welcome addition.

The hotel is opened near the Baoding Shopping Plaza. It has a good environment and good services. I came to Baoding for a business trip. I booked this hotel at Kangtai International. The location of the hotel is very conspicuous and easy to find. The service attitude at the front desk is very good, and the room attendants also help with washing and drying clothes. All facilities required in a guest room are available, and the area is relatively large and spacious. Takeaways can also be delivered directly to the room using a robot. The hot water shower and air conditioning are also very good, and the sound insulation effect is also good. It is recommended.
