GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at Xana Hotelle Baoding Wangdu. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and the location was extremely convenient for my business needs. The amenities exceeded expectations with modern facilities and thoughtful touches throughout. While the service was generally good and staff were polite, there was minor room for improvement in responsiveness during peak hours. Overall, a highly comfortable and efficient stay—perfect for business travelers. Would definitely return!

HHenghenghahaFive stars is a must! The service was incredibly warm and welcoming. This new branch is conveniently located in the heart of Zhuozhou New City in Hexi, right next to a large shopping mall. The newly renovated environment is bright and airy, and the room layout is well-designed, especially the south-facing rooms, which are quiet and away from the road. The sun shines in, making the rooms warm and inviting. The only downsides are that the cleanliness could be a bit more thorough; there were still some food scraps in some nooks and crannies. The breakfast selection was also a bit limited, and a coffee machine would have been a welcome addition.

QQingfeng、xulaiIt was a pleasant business trip and the environment was great! The young man at the front desk served patiently and worked seriously and responsibly, which is worthy of praise. He suggested that the boss add a big chicken drumstick. The hotel facilities are very new, especially the moisturizing lotion provided by the hotel. It smells fresh and I like it very much. A very satisfying business trip experience. Your home will be my first choice next time I go on a business trip!

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a prime location, very close to West Street, making it perfect for an evening stroll, enjoying the night view, and dining – all in one convenient spot. The parking lot is large and easy to find. The breakfast was fairly plentiful, but the attitude of one of the staff members was a bit off-putting. My husband asked for hot water, and while most restaurants should provide boiled water, this staff member, without even looking at us, simply said no. We asked where, and she said there was some in the lobby. My husband then took the cup to the first floor (the restaurant is on the third floor), where the front desk staff said they didn't have any, but the restaurant on the third floor did. My husband immediately became agitated; this kind of pass-the-blame service is rare in a star-rated hotel like this. Eventually, the front desk staff boiled some water for my husband, resolving the issue. (You might ask, ”Why didn't you boil water in the room?” Well, we were checking out immediately, and we had just finished the water in the room, so we didn't want to ask the staff for more, thinking it would be easier to get some from the restaurant. Unexpectedly, it caused us a lot of frustration.)

The ambiance is elegant and grand, the room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding was soft. The soundproofing and natural light were excellent. The service was warm and attentive, from check-in to check-out, it was consistently thoughtful with great attention to detail. The location is convenient, making travel a breeze, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. I felt both safe and comfortable during my stay. I'll definitely choose this place again. Both the front desk staff and the manager were top-notch in terms of quality and service. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserService good. The hotel has a very engaging, welcoming and helpful Manager. We enjoyed our stay there and would love to come back again. A suggestion is that Wudo needs to consider having a small freezer and oven for food warming especially during this winter season where going out for dinner is not comfortable. Otherwise I still recommend Wudo to my friends.

GGuest UserHotel location is very good, but either drive to the tourist service center, or walk 2 kilometers, not too convenient, the private boat introduced by the front desk lady is very reliable. In addition, in addition to finding foreign cars and soliciting customers in the scenic area, the boat family and the sellers of the scenic area do not have many comments that are so bad. I think Baiyangdian is good.

What needs to be complained is still the breakfast. Although it is included, there is nothing left when I went there at 8 o'clock. There are only a few pickles and two cold dishes, which are also the bottom, and there is no staple food. After everyone's strong reaction, some quick-frozen bean buns came up, which were all cold and not heated through, and they had to be snatched. And there were no basic eggs, at least one per person, and the waiter said we didn't have eggs.
The restaurant waiter said that there were too many people and the food couldn't be cooked, but how many people stayed every day and the front desk didn't communicate, don't they know how many people eat?
Free bathing is not bad!
