The room is very big, the bed and pillow are very comfortable. Bath tub and shower room is separated area with the toilet even in the same bathroom, and clean. The breakfast is very delicious with Chinese and Western dishes. I recommend this hotel if you visit Baoying, and we will stay this again."

After washing my hands, I wanted to dry them with a towel and found many tiny, oily specks on it. I was speechless. I figured I'd just make do for one night and didn't ask for a change. Later that evening, when I went to get a bath towel, I found hair on one of them. I was about to remove it when I realized it was folded inside, not on the surface. When I got ready to sleep, I found unidentified hair on the pillow and sheets, and even hair inside the blanket… I was absolutely furious. But I had an exam the next day and didn't have time to complain. I seriously suspect the linens in this room weren't even changed! Cleanliness: Terrible! Terrible! There were also patches of cigarette ash on the bathroom floor that hadn't been cleaned…"
