"Every room has its own air-conditioning unit. The soundproofing is brilliant, so the apartment stays perfectly quiet despite the busy traffic out in front. The mattresses are thick and really comfortable, and the blackout curtains block out every bit of light, which meant I could actually get a proper, uninterrupted night’s sleep as a light sleeper. The kitchen is very well equipped with a kettle, complimentary tea, a Nespresso machine with pods, a cezve for Turkish coffee, pots, and sugar if you ask for it. Bins are emptied and the apartment is cleaned every two days, complete with fresh towels. They are happy to clean more often if you request it, and the housekeeping team do a fantastic job. Bed sheets are changed every six to seven days. As we don’t drink alcohol, the team very thoughtfully left us a lovely box of chocolates on our sixth day instead. There is also a washing machine and a dishwasher. The shower is spacious and easy to use for anyone with limited mobility. The private balcony is a bit small, but you have access to the rooftop at all times, and the views up there are incredible. Milica at reception was wonderful. She kindly offered us espresso and cold drinks on the house, and the ground-floor lounge and garden are lovely areas to sit and relax. There is a convenient underground garage as well. To top it off, the owner even gave us a thoughtful selection of souvenirs as a gift when we checked out. The level of hospitality here genuinely tops many all-inclusive resorts and major hotel chains I've stayed at. The beach is only a hundred metres away, food delivery is straightforward, taxis are cheap, and I will definitely be coming back. The Wi-Fi runs at about 10 Mbps for both upload and download—perfectly fine for general browsing or light tasks, though heavy remote workers may prefer using an eSIM."

"There is nothing there. No shower gel, shampoo. No towels, bath towels. The WiFi is also very poor. When I arrived, I even thought I had gone to the wrong place, and the front desk staff wasn't there. I almost slept in the lobby at night."

"We are very happy with the hotel. Located on the first line, the views from the balcony are fantastic! Two terraces/balcony - on one we drank coffee in the morning and wine in the evening with a view to Adriatic) On the second is a lingerie dryer, which is very convenient. Very clean, modern room. There are towels for the beach and lying on the beach for the hotel guests free. With parking too, there were no problems, places always were"

"The location was awesome, Breakfast was very good, service was good. We had reserved several rooms and the A/C was not working in some of the rooms and the safety locker also had problems. Some of the staff members were not enthusiastic in doing their jobs, but some were helpful. It would have been nice if they provided water bottles in the rooms. Expected better amenities for the price we paid."

"Bait & switch rooms and sketchy buffet makes this one of the poorest hotels I’ve been at in many, many years. We reserved here because it was a recommended choice of travel firm Rainbow, so felt that it would be minimally acceptable, at least. Room was supposed to be with a terrace or balcony and double bed. Instead, we were sent to a small room in the “old building” with no outside sitting area and two small, Eastern European separate twin beds. When we complained, we were told they were full, i.e., overbooked, and that maybe we’d have a room like we’d booked in two days. We called the local Rainbow agent who called the hotel, told us our booked room was unavailable for “technical reasons,” and offered no compensation or other options. Strongly recommend against staying here."

"Let me start by saying that we didn't stay at the hotel itself; we just stop by Agape for coffee occasionally (when we get tired of our usual spots by the sea). If you're looking for a resort feel, this isn't it. The thing is, unlike other local spots, this place has a real city vibe, which isn't typical for a bar. The restaurant is quite far from the sea and tourists, making it a completely different kind of experience. I prefer to sit with a cup of coffee, look down through the huge windows at the cars flying by, and imagine myself in a big city. And the ceiling? It's a whole other aesthetic issue for me. I'm obsessed with it. It's worth coming here just for that. The soft blue light makes it feel like there's water above you. It's a shame it's not interactive. The prices for our food at Agape are reasonable, even lower than in other restaurants in the city. And they have some truly interesting dishes that you won't find elsewhere. The coffee is decent, the chairs are comfortable, and the staff is nice and efficient. So when my husband and I want romance and a quiet, peaceful place, we go to Agape."
