"The room is fine in all aspects, very clean, air conditioning is also powerful, that is, when you check out, you have to add tax. I said that the display is included when booking, and the landlord seems very uncomfortable and has not got extra money. BenpaodeyalianHotel location is excellent, three to five minutes is the center of the old city, there are many tourists, but the hotel is quiet. The facilities are complete and several service staff are very warm and kind. Provide day tour charter service. There is a courtyard and swimming pool, and it is also very pleasant to sit and chat.

We were in Mostar during the off season and the hotel staff Ms Lela was kind enough to upgrade our room since the room we booked was on the top floor and was very small.
It would be quite difficult to carry a luggage up the stairs as they did not have any elevators and both my husband and I are over 60 yrs old.
The other lady on duty, Ms Elma was also very helpful in helping us to arrange for a taxi in Mostar and transport to Sarajevo.
The location was near the old town..easy access to walk to the old bridge. Near a big supermarket .
I would recommend Sinan Han . They are scheduled for some upgrading works and additional rooms so maybe there would be a elevator installed for easy access to the rooms.

The room is large and clean, the breakfast is rich, the price/performance ratio is very high, the front desk service is also quite thoughtful, and it is a hotel worth staying in, but the hotel's geographical location is a certain distance from the scenic spot.
