To make matters worse, the bar next door had a live band that was incredibly loud all evening. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to seriously reconsider this place."

Great facilties air conditioning and a fridge were appreciated in the 38 degree heat. The rooms were spacious and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Best of all the food at breakfast was varied and well presented. There was so much to choose from. Thank you hotel Bristol for a fantastic stay."

"DO NOT BOOK! We booked two rooms, but just a few hours later needed to cancel due to severe weather conditions. Locals strongly advised us not to drive in the mountains for safety reasons. Although the booking was non-refundable due to being last minute, we were very disappointed by the hotel’s response. There was no understanding or flexibility shown, despite the situation involving genuine safety concerns. It’s frustrating to see that customer safety seemed less important than enforcing payment policies. We would have expected at least some level of empathy or support in these circumstances."
