"Despite being touted as Mostar's best 5-star hotel, my actual experience was quite underwhelming. It felt more akin to a 3-star-plus hotel.
First off, the location isn't ideal; it's quite a distance from the Old Bridge area. Secondly, the in-room amenities were very basic and certainly not up to 5-star standards. For instance, the safe was difficult to operate, there was no conditioner, and no weighing scale. The showerhead was also quite dated. Thirdly, the service was subpar and not particularly warm or welcoming.
Breakfast was decent, but the 'orange juice' was clearly diluted, more like flavored water, and certainly not freshly squeezed.
All in all, it's acceptable for a one-night stopover, but if you truly want to experience the Old Bridge, a UNESCO World Heritage site, I'd highly recommend staying at any hotel located closer to or within the heritage area itself."
