Water was replenished daily. Bathroom - I couldn't find a speck of mould. It was absolutely clean, new, and comfortable. Housekeeping staff team was friendly and efficient. ☑ Amazing scented toiletries, modern hairdryer, large and comfortable wash basin / counter The hotel provided generous bottles of conditioner, shampoo, and bath gel - all beautifully scented. The wash basin area is comfortable with a modern hairdryer. Robes, bedding, slippers were all so comfy! Bedroom was kept very clean. Water was replenished daily. Bathroom - I couldn't find a speck of mould. It was absolutely clean, new, and comfortable. Housekeeping staff team was friendly and efficient. ☑ Self Laundry - Free The laundry was done free-of-charge. There is someone on-site to assist you in putting dirty laundry into the washing machine, helping to put into dryer, and then packing laundry into bags for your convenience. ☑ 15-20min walk to MixC, located near May 4 Square, and a 7-11 downstairs - superb location It was convenient to walk from MixC to the hotel, and then explore May 4 Square. There is a 7-11 nearby - it was easy to get snacks. Robot service for takeaway food delivery was fast and efficient. I have enjoyed my stay, and would strongly recommend Crystal Orange.

I chose to visit Qingdao because of a hotel – I was so captivated by the Beer Time Hotel that it became my reason for coming here. This trip was a family outing with my mother, and we stayed in the full sea-view suite that had initially caught my eye. I absolutely loved the design of this room type. From the living room, the bar, the bathroom, and the full sea-view balcony directly facing the ocean, every design detail won me over. My visit to Qingdao was solely for this hotel, so naturally, the experience was undeniably excellent. Of course, what I loved most and found most interesting was that the hotel placed two beer taps in the room. You could just turn on the taps at the bar and in the bathing area to pour fresh beer. It was incredibly novel and fun. The beer was very fresh, with a shelf life of only 24 hours. There was so much of it that you could keep pouring and never finish it – a joy that can only be understood by experiencing it yourself. Qingdao truly embodies its beer culture in every single detail. The beer in the bathing area was grapefruit-flavored, sweet and sour and delicious, and there were even beer hop bath bombs. The entire room was full of beer-themed elements, which was super thoughtful. The hotel is located at Golden Beach in Huangdao District, which is the main venue for the Qingdao Beer Festival. You can walk to the large beer tent in just a few steps, so the location is uniquely excellent. The hotel service was also exceptional. First, we received three welcome drinks, complimentary beer ice cream, and unlimited drinks at the bar on the first floor. They also gave guests many discount coupons. These hidden perks were like grand surprises, multiplying the enjoyment of our stay. For example, the two free beer coupons and the 50 RMB gift coupon for the Hapi Duck Trendy Toy Store were genuinely free – no strings attached. For the toy store, you could simply pick up 50 RMB worth of items, not one of those deals where you have to spend 199 or 299 RMB first to get 50 RMB off. It was a genuine 50 RMB voucher for goods, truly honest. But what I want to highly, highly praise are the three complimentary professional photo shoot services provided by the hotel. Honestly, I initially felt indifferent about such photography services and didn't pay much attention to them. We have our own professional equipment, and I have very high standards for photos. Because we travel and take photos frequently, I've managed to train my husband to a pretty professional level among amateurs. So, I even thought the photo shoot might be a bit time-consuming and that it wouldn't matter if we canceled it due to time constraints. But! Who! Knew! This travel shoot ended up producing some of the best photos of our lives. There were virtually no bad shots; every single one was perfect. I loved them so, so much. All 37 photos left both my mother and me full of praise. At 10:30 AM, under the bright sun, I didn't think good photos were possible, but the results were unexpectedly excellent. On the rooftop, the red-roofed houses, the coastline, and our smiling faces were captured in each frame. The photographer was a young man; I forgot to ask his name, but he was exceptionally good at taking photos and guiding our poses. I was stunned when I saw the final pictures. This travel photography service should definitely be continued – it left us with wonderful memories of our entire Qingdao trip and immortalized all the beautiful moments. A very special thank you. Traveling with girlfriends, I was deeply attracted by this store at a glance! The overall environment is full of atmosphere, like a romantic Monet garden, and the photos are especially filmed. The rooms are clean and tidy, the sanitation is in place, and the smart facilities in the whole house are convenient and comfortable to use. The store has an elegant cafe and a small tavern with a sense of atmosphere, and there are many places to relax. The restaurant tastes great, the breakfast is handmade, the special dumplings taste superb, delicious and warm. The staff is warm and caring, friendly and easy-going, and takes care of us as family members throughout the whole process. The experience is full. The best choice for girlfriends to travel is highly recommended!

This stay far exceeded my expectations. As I opened the door, the curtains automatically drew open, letting sunlight flood the room and instantly melting away my travel fatigue. The bedding was so comfortable, perfect for sleeping naked, ensuring a good night's rest. The attention to detail was exceptional, making it worth a special trip to stay here. The hotel staff were all very warm and welcoming. A very satisfying stay experience.

The room design is quite compact but well laid out, making for a very comfortable stay. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a distant sea view. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the bed was comfortable. The large balcony is perfect for enjoying the sea view, and you can even dry laundry out there. Breakfast was relatively simple but included some Korean-style kimchi, which was a nice local touch. The owner was very enthusiastic and friendly; we went out cycling early and returned almost at 10 AM, but they still let us catch the tail end of breakfast, which we really appreciated. It's a convenient five-minute walk to the beach and a five-minute bike ride to the checkpoint. Friendly tips: 1. This place is quite far from the city center; a taxi ride takes about an hour. 2. When leaving Qingdao Airport, try to choose a ride-hailing service (like Didi) as regular taxis are very expensive, costing almost 300 RMB.

Arrived late at night, no need to travel far. The hotel service was extremely polite, making me feel very safe. The service is becoming more and more thoughtful, and my child loves it too; there are even facilities for kids to play, which is rare. The living environment is also excellent, making for a fantastic experience. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm not on a late-night flight next time. There's also a gym.

The hotel boasts a grand architectural design and numerous rooms, reflecting the style of an established star-rated hotel. Upon entering the room, there was a noticeable musty smell. However, the mattress was very thick and incredibly comfortable to sleep on. We ran out of tissues in the room, but the housekeeper promptly brought some when we requested them. There were no disposable bath liners for the bathtub, and they weren't available for purchase, which is an area where service could definitely be improved. Given its large scale, the hotel could consider offering childcare services similar to Club Med. A kids' play area with soft play structures, slides, and a ball pit would be a great addition, allowing parents to relax. There was no buffet available. With such a large property, inter-departmental communication seems to be an issue. The information provided by the housekeeper for the 1928 Beer Bar's dining options was incorrect. After checking out, the housekeeper asked for a good review. I provided some suggestions, but the housekeeper, 'Dabaitu' (Big White Rabbit), never replied. It feels like the service in northern China is often a 'do-it-because-my-boss-told-me-to' mentality, and any extra requests from guests are seen as an inconvenience. I really liked the breakfast buffet where many of the attendants were older, creating a very harmonious atmosphere, like being cared for by parents while away from home. The breakfast selection was extensive. There are two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor. Cat petting costs 19.9 for children and 29.9 for adults, with single entry and unlimited time. Feeding animals costs 10 yuan, which includes one portion of feed. **However, if you write a good review for 1 yuan, you get fewer carrots than the 10 yuan portion. The animals seemed a bit pathetic, with the little horse constantly kicking the wire fence.** There are two swimming pools, both indoor and outdoor. The buffet at the 1928 Beer Bar is more Western-style. Many people might not be used to it. We tried it, and the quality of the desserts was excellent! There's a beach right behind the hotel, with some rocks, but not too many. You can go tide pooling in the early morning and at night. It's too hot during the day due to strong sun, and there isn't much seafood to find then either. The package included access to the Haiquanwan Hot Springs, but I must mention: it was dirty. There were no tissues or disposable combs in the hair-drying area (only a few scattered combs for everyone to share). With this level of service, I won't be returning. The hotel's location is indeed a bit remote, making it suitable for self-driving. There's a Shandong University cafeteria and museum nearby, which I'd give five stars!

Overall: The hotel location is fantastic, right by the sea with stunning views. There are attractions and great food options to the left and right once you step out. Parking: The hotel has its own parking spots right in front, usually with ample space. However, if you return too late, you might find it full. Breakfast: They offer both Chinese and Western options, and it was delicious! We originally booked without breakfast, planning to find some local markets or street food, but the aroma when we left the room was so enticing, we ended up adding breakfast on the spot, haha. Room: It was decent, pretty standard. The sea view from the window was beautiful though.

First, the good points - Room & Location: The room and location are totally worth it. If you're a foreigner like me, it might be a little hard to get there. But once you arrive and see the view and the room, it's absolutely worth it. -Service: The male staff at the restaurant is very polite, quick, polite warm and thoughtful. · The driver and the auntie at the restaurant are very warm and friendly. Now, what needs improvement The front desk female staff came across as unprofessional. I booked a 45-minute singing bowl session starting at 12:15, and then booked a photographer for 13:00. But at 12:48, the front desk lady called me and even called the singing bowl teacher — while my session was still going on. I think this is basic knowledge for front desk staff: a singing bowl session requires a calm, quiet environment, and my session hadn't even ended yet — it wasn't time for the photographer. After my session ended and I could finally check my phone, But when I got to the front desk, The photographer already left because he was in a hurry. But he arrived at 12:45 — and then said he was in a hurry? The front desk staff's poor coordination not only ruined my need for a peaceful healing session, but also made the hotel's ”photographer service” gift completely useless. At first I thought I would come back to stay here again. But after this experience of inefficient coordination, I'll really have to reconsider whether I want to stay here next time.

We stayed at Wyndham in October 2023, and we're back again this year! I really love Huangdao and Wyndham. Service: The staff are exceptionally warm and attentive, making you feel very comfortable. Environment: It's just a few minutes' walk to Gate 3 of Silver Beach. The sand is incredibly fine and soft, and the beach is clean. You can even take kids to catch hermit crabs, which is a lot of fun. Facilities: Although the hotel has been around for a while, the facilities are well-maintained and all in good working order. Cleanliness: As consistently good as ever. They even upgraded us to a sea-view room this time, and the view was absolutely fantastic!
