Extremely clean, with excellent service. Lisa's service was prompt and outstanding. I travel all over the country, and the efficiency here is the best I've seen. Even I, with my high standards, couldn't find a single flaw. We had an errand to run and couldn't make the check-out time. Since there wasn't an immediate next booking, they kindly extended our check-out time. This is efficiency for business travelers combined with thoughtful, human-centric service. The hotel offers a wide variety of food, and the desserts are professionally made.

Traveling with girlfriends, I was deeply attracted by this store at a glance! The overall environment is full of atmosphere, like a romantic Monet garden, and the photos are especially filmed. The rooms are clean and tidy, the sanitation is in place, and the smart facilities in the whole house are convenient and comfortable to use. The store has an elegant cafe and a small tavern with a sense of atmosphere, and there are many places to relax. The restaurant tastes great, the breakfast is handmade, the special dumplings taste superb, delicious and warm. The staff is warm and caring, friendly and easy-going, and takes care of us as family members throughout the whole process. The experience is full. The best choice for girlfriends to travel is highly recommended!

Qingdao Beer Time Coast Resort Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The location is superb, close to Golden Beach, and just a short walk to the seaside. The hotel has a distinct beer theme and a fantastic atmosphere. The rooms are clean and tidy, with breathtaking ocean views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. You can enjoy unlimited fresh draft beer in the lobby, and the staff are attentive and thoughtful. Watching the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening, while savoring craft beer with the sea breeze, is incredibly romantic and relaxing. It's perfect for a vacation, highly recommended!

Traveling with kids, my priority was a hotel with direct beach access, which led me to choose the Hyatt Regency Qingdao Shanhai. The location is truly a huge plus! 🌊 You can go straight down to the beach from the hotel and even catch the sunrise over the sea, which significantly enhanced our experience. It's also very close to Wheat Island, Fushan Forest Park, and the Polar Ocean World, making sightseeing and excursions effortless. The executive lounge offers breathtaking views and a wide panorama, and the food quality is excellent; it's a very pleasant spot to relax. A special thanks to Sheila ✨ from the staff. She was incredibly patient and attentive from the booking stage, helping me compare and analyze the executive and sea-view rooms, giving suitable recommendations based on my needs, and enthusiastically suggesting nearby attractions. She also arranged for a child safety rail. Since we were with a child, we also received a complimentary sand play bucket. I initially expected an ordinary freebie, but I was pleasantly surprised by its excellent craftsmanship and quality; my child absolutely loved it. The service throughout our stay was meticulous and thoughtful, making for a truly wonderful overall experience. Highly recommended for families with children! We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Qingdao.

The front desk service was meticulous and thoughtful, proactively confirming my preferences and ensuring zero wait time for check-in. The concierge team provided incredibly detailed service, handling my luggage securely and proactively opening doors and greeting me upon my return. Their recommendations for local seafood restaurants were spot on and reliable. The Executive Lounge offers an unparalleled view, with a rich selection of afternoon tea and happy hour meals, and the staff were prompt in clearing tables. All the in-room appliances and bathroom amenities were immaculate and well-maintained. The infinity high-altitude pool offers direct sea views, and the gym boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with a full range of cardio and strength equipment. From the front desk to the lounge, the service maintained a consistently high standard, with Elly coordinating and following up throughout. The experience was simply flawless.

Throughout my stay, I called the front desk multiple times to inquire about luggage storage and late check-out policies. Each time, they answered promptly, provided clear explanations, and offered suitable solutions from a guest's perspective. Check-out was transparent and reassuring. Even near shift change, the staff diligently completed their tasks without rushing guests or being perfunctory. Throughout my entire stay, the front desk team was polite and composed, demonstrating professionalism. During busy times, they worked efficiently and calmly. When it was less busy, they remained at their posts and maintained their service-oriented attitude, without any slack or idleness. Excellent service is hidden in many small details; there's no forced politeness, yet every interaction makes you feel secure and comfortable. The front desk's service alone is enough to make me willing to stay again, and I sincerely recommend it to friends visiting Qingdao.

It was such a comfortable experience! The owner's hand-drip coffee is an absolute must-try! It's full of rich, mellow aroma, with no bitterness or astringency, just a lovely sweet aftertaste. One cup in the morning truly perks you up for the whole day – honestly, it's better than anything you'd get at a chain coffee shop! The overall ambiance of the hotel is incredibly therapeutic. From the charming little decorations in the public areas to the beautiful natural light in the rooms, everything contributes to a wonderfully relaxed feeling. It was so pleasant to simply read a book or just zone out in the room. A super thoughtful touch was the washing machine – it cleaned clothes thoroughly and quietly, getting all my travel laundry done. What a lifesaver! I was so incredibly satisfied with this stay. This hotel will definitely be my first choice next time I'm in the area!

Just checked out of the Crowne Plaza Qingdao Ocean Spring Resort, and this 3-day, 2-night 'lie-flat' vacation was truly therapeutic. We didn't have to rush to any attractions, making it perfect for families with kids or those looking for a quiet escape. The hotel has a European castle style, and the high-ceilinged lobby with a crystal chandelier immediately sets a holiday mood upon entry. We were lucky enough to get a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room. The room itself was generously sized, but the real highlight was the large balcony. Stepping out, you're greeted by an unobstructed view of Aoshan Bay. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from bed in the morning and the sunset over the sea in the evening – simply an amazing view. While some areas of the facilities showed a bit of age, the overall cleanliness and tidiness were quite good. Downstairs, there's a beach where you can wade in the water or dig in the sand – the kids absolutely loved it. There's also an outdoor children's swimming pool, and hotel guests have unlimited access. Next to it, there's a small petting zoo, where feeding the animals easily fills up a whole day.

The room was great! I really liked the separate layout of the bathroom and the bed. The windows were also well-designed, providing good ventilation and making the room feel comfortable and clean. The staff service was excellent too. The young ladies were pretty, gentle, and generous – it was a pleasure to see them (and I'm a woman, haha!). The young men spoke softly, which was as calming as the sea here. All in all, I support dog-friendly hotels!

I booked a family room for this trip with my elderly parents. Before checking in, I was a bit nervous because I had seen some negative reviews online about the hotel facilities being old. However, the moment I opened the door, I was pleasantly surprised! While it's true that some facilities are a bit dated, it didn't affect our stay at all. The room was incredibly spacious. The two king-sized (2-meter) beds were in separate rooms. The bathroom had an extra-large bathtub, and the balcony was also huge. You could sit at the bar counter or lie on the lounge chair by the bed and enjoy the sea view. My family and I all agreed that this was the most satisfying room of our entire Qingdao trip! Highly recommend the sea-view family room!
