They provide two bottles of water daily. The hotel offers laundry service. It's an additional charge but not expensive, with a 24-hour turnaround. They'll iron your clothes and return them to you. The price is very reasonable; we had a large pile of clothes, pants, and socks washed for only 350 EGP. However, **beware of the ATM in the hotel garden**; it swallowed my money when I tried to withdraw cash. There are many other ATM options, including one next to the bubble tea shop across the road.

A great hotel! Unlike noisy Aswan - the hotel is a very pleasant and comfortable place to rest from vain. Very clean rooms, there are showers with hot water, and other amenities. The administrator is a very polite and caring young man. There is a cafe with a view to the Nile at the hotel. The island is a public ferry worth 15 Egyptian pounds.
