TT5-HammerIf you’re looking for a unique historic experience in Avignon, I strongly recommend this hotel. The wall of the room was several hundreds years old and we felt like drawn into a time trip. Veronique and Fabrice were very kind and we could stay comfortably as Fabrice recommended us many good restaurants.

It was a little noisy at night during the theater festival, but it was basically quiet after 11 p.m. It's within walking distance of the main attractions. I was very satisfied with the hotel service, including handwritten cards and small gifts. The room was also very clean and exquisite. The breakfast was very rich, especially the variety of juices, and the quality of the breakfast was very high. I was very surprised by the hotel.

AAnonymous UserIt is said that it is a hotel where Napoleon has lived. In fact, I personally don't like this kind of hotel built in the old house. After all, all kinds of furniture and bathroom equipment are a bit old. Especially the hotel's breakfast is really average, there are not many to eat, plus the waiter's English is enough, so the experience is not very good.
The hotel is strategically located in the center of the old city, so it is a monument and a convenient travel.

CChengzi/xianshengThe hotel has a large parking lot for free parking. The hotel garden has a nice view. Friends who like to take pictures will be satisfied. The breakfast is good and delicious. The front desk staff is also warm and courteous. However, when I checked in and entered the room, I found that the quilt cover and pillowcases had not been changed that day. I gave them directly. I used it and saw the stains on it, which was disgusting... The location of the hotel was difficult to find. The GPS guided us to a path in the reed marsh. There were several big rocks blocking the road at the end of the path...

Llily62It's not bad, the room is big, but the elevator is small and old, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, it's my first time staying in this kind of hotel, a monastery with hundreds of years of history, the breakfast is okay, French hotels are basically like this, unlike domestic hotels with a variety of options. In addition, when booking the room, it didn't say it was a top floor attic. After checking in, we found it was a attic with a small window and a skylight. The room was a bit stuffy when the sun came out. There was no air conditioning, only a fan. When we asked to change rooms, the front desk said they were full. Fortunately, it rained later and it was cloudy the next day. Fortunately, the weather was not hot, with a maximum temperature of 24 degrees.

GGuest UserHotel is OK for one night stay. The room is a little small. There is a small swimming pool. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel connecting to the city of Avignon. The price is a bit high, but this is the Avignon Festival time so I can understand.

Hygienic: Very good, that is, there is no trash can in the room 🗑️, it is inconvenient, I got a garbage bag myself.
Facilities: The elevator is broken, uncomfortable, and everything else is fine. The only shortcoming is that the elevator is broken. I walked two floors with a 29-inch oversized luggage before I arrived in my room. If you need an elevator, it is not recommended here. Everything else is perfect!
