GGuest UserThe room is located in a quiet alley. It is easy to walk through because it is not the hotel you imagine. The door is quite small. It is a converted residential building. The room is fully equipped and very convenient in the ancient city. The handsome guy provided good service and helped with parking. He drove the car to the door early in the morning. The service was thoughtful and it was a perfect experience!

GGuest UserThis is a treasure hotel, the space is very large, clean and elegant, and it is very comfortable to bring a small courtyard. Very good value for money place. The service attitude is very good, can communicate in English, at least the two receptions I encountered have no problems. I said that the phone could not get through, and I called in person. He said that it was fine to dial 1-4, no 5, and it collapsed. After completing the formalities, the guy enthusiastically helped me introduce the apartment environment, saying that it was not a hotel, there was no hotel service, and the first floor was pure water. I have to take me to the room to see... The anxious person remembered the same anxious person in the car outside, declined, hurriedly parked the car, returned to the room, solved the round, did not see the bed, was shocked, thought to sleep on the sofa. As a result, the cabinet door was opened, and there was a big bed inside. This design was really crashing. The first night was very quiet, the second night was attacked by mosquitoes, and I woke up in the middle of the night to fight mosquitoes, only to find mosquito bodies on the wall. I was bitten by 6 bags, and the other was bitten by countless. The bag on my finger was finally connected to a white line, looking scary.
Stayed for two nights and no cleaning service. There is no living supermarket within walking distance. Fortunately, we purchased food from the last hotel and brought it with ice bags. The induction cooker is not enough, half fried and half stewed, and it can be considered to be able to eat. There is no serious kitchen knife and silicone shovel. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the owner enthusiastically took out a map to explain in detail what attractions and how to route. But overall it is more like a homestay. Every day, there is a afternoon at 4-7 to check in, and you must check out at 11 noon. Our room was arranged in the attic, which is the third floor. We needed to carry our luggage up the narrow stairs. The sewer in the room smelled, and there was no ventilation system. It felt a bit stinky when sleeping, and the clothes could not be dried at all. At first, I saw the sign in the bathroom saying that the hot water should not be turned on for more than 4 minutes. I still felt strange. Later, I saw the electric water heater in the public toilet on the first floor. I understood that it may be because more than a dozen rooms share a water heater and limited hot water. Overall, the price/performance ratio is OK.

I could not open the window for natural ventilation and the ventilation was poor. If you need to clean the room, you must tell me in advance (I didn't tell you when I checked in), otherwise it will not be cleaned. The hotel is in a good location, close to the train station, but there are many homeless people on that street. Overall, it is average.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, right next to the central train station. The city gate is directly opposite the station, making travel incredibly convenient. I debated whether to stay inside or outside the city walls, and now I feel staying outside was the smart choice.
The hotel room is very spacious, easily accommodating a family of three. This time it was just my mother and I, so we had plenty of room.
The only minor drawback was that the showerhead was a bit old and didn't have great water pressure, and the water temperature wasn't very stable.

GGuest UserHotel is OK for one night stay. The room is a little small. There is a small swimming pool. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel connecting to the city of Avignon. The price is a bit high, but this is the Avignon Festival time so I can understand.

SSysylThe location of this hotel is very good. It is within walking distance to the main attractions of Avignon. There is a church next to it and many restaurants nearby. The overall accommodation is good. The view from the bed is very good. The only unhappy thing is that the middle-aged madame had a bad attitude when I left the hotel, which affected my mood early in the morning.
