Avignon Hotels with Free Parking.

This is a treasure hotel, the space is very large, clean and elegant, and it is very comfortable to bring a small courtyard. Very good value for money place. The service attitude is very good, can communicate in English, at least the two receptions I encountered have no problems. The hotel is a courtyard type, the reception will lead you to see the room, otherwise you will not find it.

Had an ok stay…the room was very clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. The negative is there is no lobby per se, only a hallway and the one elevator was broken …tough for mobility reduced persons. Had a major service issue but the hotel responded quickly and made great efforts to rectify the situation, which was truly appreciated. Overall, worth the money

Very clean, serviced daily. It's less than a 10-minute walk from the central train station and about a 20-minute walk to the old town center, including the Palais des Papes. There's also a supermarket nearby. Excellent value for money and great service.

Because it was a summer check-in and the first floor of the room, I found a lot of ants and other insects because it was a holiday season. The hotel was full of business. The rooms were full and could only be sprayed with the insecticide provided. There is no way to understand the place.

The hotel is close to the high-speed rail station and a 40-minute drive from Arles. A Carrefour supermarket is a 5-minute drive away. The rooms are quiet and clean, with a kitchenette for simple cooking. Purified water and sparkling water are available on the first floor of the hotel. There is public parking in the back.

The hotel is located directly opposite the old town, making it very convenient for exploring. There's an underground car park with plenty of spaces, costing 14 Euros for 24 hours, and it felt very secure. We stayed in an executive room, but it was a bit small – actually the smallest room we've had on this European trip. A pleasant surprise was that they provided disposable slippers, which was the only time we encountered that in Europe. On each floor, near the elevator, there's a water dispenser with ice water, so the hotel doesn't provide bottled water in the rooms. There was air conditioning in the room, but it wasn't very effective; even on the lowest setting, it didn't cool much. What was a bit frustrating was that the cleaning lady, thinking we had it too low, adjusted the AC to 27 degrees Celsius on a low fan setting right in front of us. This was a bit ridiculous, especially since it was already 39 degrees outside – it was really hot! There aren't many restaurants, shops, or supermarkets around Novotel Avignon Centre itself. However, because it's so close to the old town, everything can be found there. In the old town, there are two large supermarkets, Carrefour and Monoprix. Monoprix is closed on Sundays, but Carrefour is open every day.

The receptionist was rude and not hospitable, couldn't find our booking, wanted to charge us twice, said we couldn't park at the parkimg as a reservation was required even though on trip.com it was explicity written no reservation for parking required and the toilet door was broken, found some stuff from previous client in the bathroom as well. The pool is very nice though

The hotel is located in the suburbs of Abu Dhabi, surrounded by large supermarkets. Parking is convenient and there's a swimming pool. The bathroom is new. However, the air conditioning is too loud and too hot when turned down.

Good location, convenient to go everywhere, the hotel is clean and tidy, it's good to live alone, I will stay here next time, the service is good, but the location is OK. It's worth recommending, but it's a little expensive

匪夷所思，我就在這家酒店門房裡坐了幾個小時！9月8日，因巴塞隆拿到亞維儂的列車晚點及其他周折，我到達酒店已是凌晨1點，到自助終端機辦理入住，按提示輸入我的身份訊息後顯示已經入住了，無法進行下一步操作。打酒店的電話，鈴聲就隔着門在開着電視的裡間作響，但是無人接聽，拍打門/窗均沒有反應。搜尋門房其他線索，撥打了紅色應急電話也沒有應答，於是撥打112歐盟統一接警電話，跟法國警察練了半個多小時英語，警察也衹是建議換個酒店。但折騰到此已經快三點了，我凌晨還要趕火車去阿爾勒，就放棄了。於是在們房裡坐等天明。當時還不知道可以在網上找攜程的在線客服，想着衹有留下視頻回國後再投訴。回國後通過攜程客服電話的人工服務反應了情況，提供了視頻/手機電話撥打記錄等材料，一天後攜程回覆：酒店方堅稱我在當晚七點過辦的入住，他們的服務沒有問題。攜程沒有辦法，但他們相信我的投訴屬實，所以替酒店全額退回了我的房費。我是9月6日成都出發9月14日從巴黎返回，在西班牙和法國待了8天7夜，來回機票/酒店和大部分火車票都是在攜程訂的，唯獨這家酒店出了岔子。攜程對客户還是認真負責的，點贊一個。至於這家酒店，首先我無法理解——無人值守倒也罷了，居然留的電話沒有人接聽，應急電話也沒有響應。另外，我的訂單被冒名辦理了入住還無法核實，顯然他們在管理上存在巨大漏洞。驢友們慎入！
