"A very special hotel, the Cardinal's private house 600 years ago, was purchased by the current family more than 100 years ago and opened as a hotel after being renovated.
There are 5 all-suite hotels, a restaurant and two living rooms on the first floor, full of modern art decoration, everywhere show the taste of the owner. The room is biased towards classical and natural style. The room is large. There is a small room to put luggage at the door. The wash basin is a large iron shell. The bathtub is very deep and it is very comfortable to sit down.
The garden is very large, known as the largest private garden in Avignon, with hundreds of years of eucalyptus trees, palms, a small bamboo forest, and even a goldfish pond. When the wind blows, the sound of the tree makes people fascinated. On one side of the garden is a small but delicate swimming pool surrounded by flowers and trees.
The hotel does not provide lunch and dinner, but it is very close to the city center and it is very convenient to go out to eat. There are not many breakfast options, but the quality is very good. The bread is organic cereal, fresh and delicious, you can call it an omelette or scrambled eggs.

"The hotel has a large parking lot for free parking. The hotel garden has a nice view. Friends who like to take pictures will be satisfied. The breakfast is good and delicious. The front desk staff is also warm and courteous. However, when I checked in and entered the room, I found that the quilt cover and pillowcases had not been changed that day. I gave them directly. I used it and saw the stains on it, which was disgusting... The location of the hotel was difficult to find. The GPS guided us to a path in the reed marsh. There were several big rocks blocking the road at the end of the path..."

"The facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene is acceptable. The hotel is located on the edge of Avignon's Old Town; you can walk across one street and be right in the heart of it. There are many restaurants concentrated within the Old Town. To the west of the hotel, there's an underground parking garage. From the hotel's entrance in the parking lot (-1 level), you can use your room key card and ring the bell to access the hotel lobby. The first time, if you're not familiar with the way, you can go up to ground level via a small side door to enter the hotel. Several attractions around Avignon are within a reasonable distance, making it quite suitable for self-driving tours."

"Everything was perfect until...they gave us a double room on the fourth floor knowing that the elevator only goes to the third floor. I didn't consent because we were loaded with suitcases, so they changed us to a double room on the first floor. He who wants to does more than he who can... anyway!
One of the windiest nights and a window pane that wasn't glued correctly made an unbearable noise throughout the night so it was a night without being able to sleep a wink. I mentioned it the next morning at reception. They did not have even a gesture of compensation regarding the free breakfast plan."

"I had a comfortable stay. The bed rustled a little, but I slept well enough. The air conditioning worked well. They said you have to throw your trash out when you leave, but that wasn't a problem. The bathroom was spacious, and since Avignon is a small city and it was a festival season, I was able to wander around and see the sights, so the distance didn't feel that far."

It was a little noisy at night during the theater festival, but it was basically quiet after 11 p.m. It's within walking distance of the main attractions. I was very satisfied with the hotel service, including handwritten cards and small gifts. The room was also very clean and exquisite. The breakfast was very rich, especially the variety of juices, and the quality of the breakfast was very high. I was very surprised by the hotel.

The store phone on Trip.com is French voice, just understand a sentence, please dial 5 for English messages. I called several times and no one answered. Fortunately, a car came out and followed it in. There was no one at the front desk. A guy in the public office received me and was very enthusiastic. I said that the phone could not get through, and I called in person. He said that it was fine to dial 1-4, no 5, and it collapsed. After completing the formalities, the guy enthusiastically helped me introduce the apartment environment, saying that it was not a hotel, there was no hotel service, and the first floor was pure water. I have to take me to the room to see... The anxious person remembered the same anxious person in the car outside, declined, hurriedly parked the car, returned to the room, solved the round, did not see the bed, was shocked, thought to sleep on the sofa. As a result, the cabinet door was opened, and there was a big bed inside. This design was really crashing. The first night was very quiet, the second night was attacked by mosquitoes, and I woke up in the middle of the night to fight mosquitoes, only to find mosquito bodies on the wall. Stayed for two nights and no cleaning service. There is no living supermarket within walking distance. Fortunately, we purchased food from the last hotel and brought it with ice bags. The induction cooker is not enough, half fried and half stewed, and it can be considered to be able to eat. There is no serious kitchen knife and silicone shovel. 3300152****The location is fantastic, right next to the central train station. The city gate is directly opposite the station, making travel incredibly convenient. I debated whether to stay inside or outside the city walls, and now I feel staying outside was the smart choice.
The hotel room is very spacious, easily accommodating a family of three. This time it was just my mother and I, so we had plenty of room.
The only minor drawback was that the showerhead was a bit old and didn't have great water pressure, and the water temperature wasn't very stable.

As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the owner enthusiastically took out a map to explain in detail what attractions and how to route. But overall it is more like a homestay. Every day, there is a afternoon at 4-7 to check in, and you must check out at 11 noon. Our room was arranged in the attic, which is the third floor. We needed to carry our luggage up the narrow stairs. The sewer in the room smelled, and there was no ventilation system. It felt a bit stinky when sleeping, and the clothes could not be dried at all. At first, I saw the sign in the bathroom saying that the hot water should not be turned on for more than 4 minutes. I still felt strange. Later, I saw the electric water heater in the public toilet on the first floor. I understood that it may be because more than a dozen rooms share a water heater and limited hot water. Overall, the price/performance ratio is OK.

GGuest UserHotel on the central street, walking from the station, 5 minutes to it on foot. The room has a teapot, tea, coffee, cream. No refrigerator and safe. In the room, the closet is short, i.e. long things are not hanged. The trousers were hanging on the hanger and on the door of the closet. No elevator is important. Breakfast didn't take. The hotel is happy.
