Getting the room key took forever. We arrived and registered at 9 AM, then explored the whole place, and had to wait until 3 PM. At 3 PM, I asked again for the second time about the key, and only then was it given to me. Oh my goodness, it was really tough with three small kids. So all the guests and their belongings were piled up in the lobby, making it super crowded like a market. It's so different from other 5-star hotels where if you arrive early, the room is provided sooner, so guests don't pile up in the lobby. And once we finally got a room, it was at the very end, with a really creepy backyard, and the front of the room was dirty. I was so shocked and disappointed, completely below my expectations. The staff managing the WhatsApp chat also seemed unfriendly when answering messages, unlike the direct hotel staff who were very friendly. The food at Damar is delicious and a must-try when swimming. Breakfast was also good, and there are many play areas for kids, and you can even feed animals. I hope Pullman Ciawi can improve in the future.

I love staying here with my family. Alana provides a charging station for EV, which is very helpful and the staff also standby on the charging station to help us when we had a question. The parking lot are huge so we don't have to worry about where to park our car. This hotel is near from AEON, IKEA, Ah Poong and more cafe or restaurant. It was a great experience. All the staffs are giving their best services and humble. We love the breakfast and the swimming pool. One thing that rarely we found on another hotel is photobooth near the swimming pool. It's really memorable experience that we can print out the photo and remember our stay in Alana. We'll come back to stay here again in the future!!

This is a great hotel with excellent value for money. It was also fun being able to ride ATVs! I rode around for about an hour and really enjoyed it. The service was also very good.

Five-star rating. I was very satisfied with the hygiene, service, and environment. I only have one complaint: the breakfast selection wasn't varied enough. For this price point, perhaps it's because the hotel isn't fully open yet and there are fewer guests. Especially on Monday, the breakfast options were extremely limited. Monday's breakfast only deserves one star. I hope this can be improved soon.

Huge thanks to the Pesona Alam team! I received a free room upgrade, which was incredibly memorable, especially since July marks both our anniversary and our first child's birthday. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious, the room was clean, amenities were complete, and the bellboys, security, and receptionists were all very friendly. For a staycation with my wife at De Boekit Villa Hambalang, we chose to stay in the Honeymoon Suite Villa. The location is in a fairly densely populated village area, but once you enter the resort, the atmosphere changes completely—beautiful, green, with gardens, rice paddies, orchards, and views of Bogor City and Sentul from above. Because the terrain is hilly, the resort also provides a shuttle to and from the villa to the restaurant or lobby—very convenient! The staff service was excellent, almost everyone was friendly and helpful. We tried lunch at the restaurant—ordered pizza and coffee, which was quite good. That evening, we ordered room service Hambalang fried rice and De Boekit fried rice. Breakfast was a buffet style, with a decent selection and delicious food. However, refills were a bit slow, so when we arrived at 8:45, some of the chafing dishes were empty. The facilities are quite good, with a shuttle, an adult pool, a children's pool, and a bird sanctuary. The villa itself is spacious, about 35m², with a private hot tub with city views. The AC is cool, the Wi-Fi is fast, and the overall cleanliness is good. Prayer equipment is provided, along with a mini fridge and a SDB. Thank you also for the welcome chocolate with anniversary greetings. However, there are a few things that could be improved to make it more appropriate for the price of Rp1.8 million/night: - The bed linen has quite a few stains. - The towels smell nice but have a rough surface. - There's no full-length mirror, only one in the bathroom. - There needs to be a small table in front of the sofa. - The curtains have gaps that let in sunlight, which is glaring and uncomfortable. - The TV only has five local channels and often has signal interruptions. - There are no tissues in the bedroom, only in the bathroom. - The hairdryer hasn't been attached to the wall, making it a bit of a hassle. - The shower holder in the Pangrango room was missing from the start. - There's only one bath mat in the bathroom, even though one is needed near the hot tub. - The bath amenities were inadequate, very basic, not suite-like—they needed to be added, such as cotton swabs, a shower cap, bubble bath, etc. - The hot tub's hot water instructions were unclear; it turned out the faucet was in a different position, not a red knob. Overall, this place has great potential. It's a comfortable atmosphere, a beautiful view, and the staff is responsive. But for the price, the facilities and details need to be improved to make it more recommendable. 👍

Facility is clean. Room is very clean and compliment with bottled water, etc the usual amenities. Room sleeper a little bit uncomfortable as it made with hard plastic. It is open hotel design, so the heat from daytime temperature immediate hit your face whenever you get out of room. Parking is a bit of challange as it is not enough if it is full occupancy. It is a bit far from places, such as mall, etc. The entrance to hotel also a bit chaotic as it is right on the crisscross from 2 road into 1 road. Honestly it is a bit pricey for the location and room/hotel design. Swimming pool is in the middle of hotel so privacy is non existance. Other than that, I slept soundly in my room and enjoyed my stay. Check in fast and no drama. The only small concern is everybody can access each floor through elevator as it doesnt required room key to access each floor.

The price of the first night is good, but there are pits, so I sincerely tell my compatriots in China that if the price is not bad when booking, you must book a few nights in advance, otherwise you will fall into the pit if you set it day by day. It will be the first time. The price for one night is good. Many people rushed to the price, but the price increased tenfold the next day. It is inconvenient for you to change to a hotel. It is difficult to find nearby. You have to drive a long distance to find it. Don’t change it. The price is the next day. It has risen tenfold, so the pit is big enough, please be careful, my fellow citizens

This hotel is arguably one of the best in the area. The staff service is friendly and makes guests feel comfortable. Plus, the hotel offers an amazing mountain view, really pleasing to the eye. However, there is one small note: as the afternoon approaches, the air starts to feel hot around 10 am. It would be better if the hotel provides air conditioning for the day at those times. However, in the morning, afternoon, and evening, air conditioning is actually not needed because the air in the peak area is naturally cool enough. Overall, the experience of staying here is still very satisfying, especially for enjoying the mountain atmosphere.
