GGuest UserI had an excellent stay at Pullman Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of my visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel warmly welcomed with their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail.
The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with very comfortable bedding that ensured a great night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the beautiful interior design, which reflects Pullman’s contemporary luxury style.
The dining experience was outstanding — breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality international and local dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were attentive and ensured guests were well taken care of throughout.
Facilities such as the fitness center, pool, and meeting areas were well maintained and added great value to the stay. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, making it easy to access key business and leisure areas.
Overall, Pullman delivers exceptional service, comfort, and quality. I would highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers and look forward to staying again in the future.🥰

This is my fourth time staying at Aston Sentul Hotel, and I’m happy to say it just keeps getting better. I noticed several upgrades since my last visit, especially in the friendliness and attentiveness of the hotel staff — they truly made the stay more welcoming.
The biggest improvement for me was the breakfast. Compared to my previous stays, the variety has increased significantly, and everything was delicious. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of effort into making 9it a better experience.
Another pleasant surprise this time was the complimentary dinner buffet. Just like breakfast, it offered a wide range of tasty dishes — a great value and very enjoyable.
Overall, I’m really impressed with the improvements and the consistent quality. Will definitely be back again!

LlesyI ordered a lake view room but was told it had a pool view instead, the reason was that it was full, I ordered it a few days ago, and there was no confirmation when checking in that the view would be changed. In my opinion, the price of 1 million is not ok and the breakfast is just ordinary, and the parking space is narrow if there are a lot of people staying until they leave the parking lot... if I have to come back, I need to consider it, and if I want to go out at night, it's a bit difficult to find snacks because it's far away. .

GGuest UserI love staying here with my family. Alana provides a charging station for EV, which is very helpful and the staff also standby on the charging station to help us when we had a question. The parking lot are huge so we don't have to worry about where to park our car. This hotel is near from AEON, IKEA, Ah Poong and more cafe or restaurant. It was a great experience. All the staffs are giving their best services and humble. We love the breakfast and the swimming pool. One thing that rarely we found on another hotel is photobooth near the swimming pool. It's really memorable experience that we can print out the photo and remember our stay in Alana. We'll come back to stay here again in the future!!

GGuest UserI stayed here because i wanted to attend a concert at SICC located next to the hotel. Location wise is perfect, staffs are friendly, ample parking space. I don't know how long this hotel has been around but some facilities especially inside the bathroom needs repair/renovation. Overall is ok

AAnonymous UserNear lots of restaurant, some kids activity join with novotel, additional fee for several kid activity, only have kids pool and medium size, not too large. Breakfast ok, there's movie room for kids, and kids club (different room with movie room), you can have 1 extra bed per room, since the room only 21m².

GGuest UserStayed at dm one for one night. In general, it is enough for 3 stars. Only the executive room has windows. It is better because it has no windows at all, the bathroom is clean, the room is good, and the TV ac is OK. Only Zhang smells bad...please improve the cleanliness of the paper
