"Really enjoy the hotel, (sorry no pics), straight forward check in. Pick up keys on the main lobby, then drive in to the hotel complex with your own car. During day time = there’s bugee available. Many animals available for viewing and theres shows available. This cenderawasih is nearest to the entrance and food area. Scooters are available for rent at extra cpst (good rental to commute and explore the whole area) Rooms clean, however there was a smell in the bathroom initially, dialed room service and they came immediately to handle it and it was good afterwards."

"We chose this hotel because given its beautiful greenery but unfortunately the room we received was very disappointing. The room is extremely old and poorly maintained. The air-conditioning was so old and not cold enough that I had to use my own mini fan. There was also a loud, constant noise coming from inside the wall similar to an outdoor air‑conditioning compressor which made it very difficult to sleep. I even had to move the bed to the centre of the room to reduce the disturbance. On top of that, the shower holder was broken. I also found a small pin needle on the bed, which scratched my leg. This raises serious concerns about housekeeping and safety. Overall the condition of the room was disappointing. It is clearly time for a full makeover and we hope the rooms can be improved moving forward."
