Andreeva NataliaWonderful location. It's tough with luggage going up and down the stairs, so a transfer is definitely needed. The view from the restaurant terrace is stunning, especially in the evening. We booked this hotel specifically for that view. The pool is small, and a swim cap is mandatory; you'll have to buy one if you don't have one. I wasn't a fan of the massage; it was given by a man, and the price was steep. The sauna and hammam were a nice bonus. The pillows and bed were very comfortable – perfect for relaxing after a day of walking around. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend!

A wonderful, new hotel with a convenient location. The street is quite quiet, the Bosphorus is nearby, and so is the Galata Tower. There are many cafes and cozy restaurants around, plus a pharmacy and a fruit shop within walking distance.
The staff are simply amazing – check-in was fast, they were friendly, and room cleaning was top-notch.
The rooms are bright with good soundproofing. They had everything except bathrobes: a garment steamer, kettle, cups (though no teaspoons), a fridge, safe, slippers, and so on.
The toiletries were of good quality and had a pleasant scent.
Highly recommend!

1. The breakfast offers a mix of traditional Turkish breakfast and Western options, with a great variety of cheeses and plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
2. Although the room is small, it's very tidy and clean. It gets cleaned daily, and the bed sheets are changed every day.
3. The location is excellent. It's within walking distance of Yedikule Fortress and Marble Tower, and only an 8-minute walk to the sea.
4. The surrounding area is a residential neighborhood with schools, making it very quiet.
5. The hotel's Wi-Fi is super fast and never lags.
Areas for improvement:
1. It would be great if there was an airport shuttle service.

Guest UserThis hotel has been around for over 20 years. The overall environment is decent, but you really need a car to get around; walking for a couple of days would be quite tiring due to the uphill climbs. Ctrip's international presence is quite weak. I booked through them, and even though I checked in at 12 PM, I didn't get my room key until 8 PM. On top of that, they gave me the worst room on the edge of the property, with a ton of noise. I ultimately had to rely on my Marriott membership to get an upgrade and a room change. The restaurants, however, are all pretty good.

Guest UserThe biggest drawback is the discrepancy between the information provided during booking and the actual room we received. Our family, three guys from Kazan, and three foreign gentlemen all met at the hotel, and it turned out everyone had booked an 'improved room with a balcony and sea view.' However, none of us got such a room. Apparently, these rooms were under renovation. They didn't refund the price difference, even though it wasn't significant. This clearly seems to be the hotel's policy: to entice guests with this specific room type, only for them not to get it in the end. They don't notify guests about the change in advance nor do they offer refunds.
The food is good, and the location is also excellent – just a five-minute walk from Sultanahmet Square, near the university.

This hotel was truly in a fantastic location. My wife and I had a quick holiday getaway, and the staff's attitude was wonderful. It's within walking distance to the ferry terminal and the high-speed train station. I would genuinely recommend it to everyone I know, and it's definitely my top choice for all my future Istanbul trips.

This is a good chain hotel, and the price perfectly matches the quality of services provided. My room was quiet, and I slept wonderfully! The linens were clean, new, and white, the mattress and pillows were comfortable, the towels were also good, and the hot water was genuinely hot. As for toiletries, there was only shower gel, shampoo, and toilet paper. The air conditioning worked perfectly; I set it to heat since it was cold in February 2026, and the room warmed up in about 10 minutes. There was also tea, coffee, and two bottles of water. I recommend this hotel; it's ideal for layovers between flights.

Metro Access: The hotel is a convenient 9-minute walk (about 420 meters) to the Osmanbey Metro Station. This links you directly to Taksim Square, Nişantaşı, and historic sites
Neighborhood: Situated in a trendy area surrounded by popular cafes, local restaurants, a pharmacy, and supermarkets. Taksim Square and Istiklal Avenue are just a 5-minute drive away.
Airport Transit: It takes roughly 38 minutes to reach Istanbul Airport. An airport shuttle service can be arranged via the front desk for an extra fee.

Great appartments, wonderful facilities around the hotel compound. Found the cleaning staff in particular to be very helpful and friendly, specifically Sebahat and Nurgyl. When I noticed that the bedroom window was a little dusty they very cheerfully went and got everything needed to clean the windows there and then and they did it with a smile. Lovely to see and thank you!

Akif.My first night was a disaster because my room's power supply kept cutting off and they took almost 3 to 4 hours to fix it, due to that I couldn't sleep the whole night and my morning plans got wasted too. I asked the hotel manager Mr.Arda to give me an extra night, (he refused), airport transfer on my checkout date , (he refused) , room upgrade, (he refused) , Then Mr Arda promised us a complimentary dinner at the rooftop restaurant and that was amazing .My initial plan was to stay 3 nights but then I extended it for 2 more nights because of 1 man Mr.Karem at the reception , the nicest guy of the hotel , Mr.Karem and Mr.Arda helped us alot and supported us in every aspect, but sorry to say all the other staff members there had just 1 answer. im sorry we cannot help you we cannot help you , I'll definitely visit again, Thanks to Mr.Arda and Mr.Karem ❤️ and lastly thanks to Mr.Servet who told us about the free shuttle service provided by the hotel which takes us to Taksim .
