Rooms are clean, spacious and highly functional. Very warm services ( especially thankful to Christian) to warn our elder members on pickpocket and gave a loan kettle). Highly recommended. We will be back.

This was one of the best choices i did during all my trips to the city. The staff are extremely attentive and well manered, and the housekeeping staff are doing a great job as well, it might be something to keep everything the tidiest while al the guests are walking, going and coming around, impressive! Thank you for the amazing and easy to find location guys! you're a life saver of so much people i guess!

I am a solo female traveler, came to stay in this hostel for 4 nights. This was my first experience staying in a hostel and it went definitely amazing thanks to Factory Hostel and it’s amazing stuff. Everyone working here is so friendly, they always smile and help you in the best possible way (Special thanks to Maria Laura). All receptionists are fluent in Spanish and English. They all have been truly lovely. They do cleaning everyday, they serve delicious cake and coffee around 2 EUR. People that stay here is also nice and friendly, you can have good friendships if you would like to. Beds and pillows are pretty comfortable, curtains give you a little privacy which is nice, they give you considerably big cabinet to lock your belongings, air conditioning working 7/24, they have a cute kitchen and lounge areas to enjoy the stay. It is very close to Park Güell, a little far from beach and center but there is always public transportation that you can use, takes about 30-45 mins to go wherever you want (including walking to stops). I would %100 recommend and if I ever come back to Barcelona would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in this hotel for one night prior to returning home. It was the third hotel that we stayed in during our trip to Spain. The hotel itself was very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. The area was great with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. My only suggestions for improvements would be to have more than one english television channel. It was our last night and we were tired out so we would have liked to watch something besides BBC news. There was also quite a wait for an elevator.

The hotel is gorgeous. Beautiful roof terrace, pool and the view is amazing. The bar was great with comfy seats to take in the spectacular view. I almost don't want to tell anyone about this place. The rooms were high spec and we had our own TV. The service was great too

I stayed here for two nights in January 2022 as part of a group tour and overall had a pretty awful experience. I faced the following problems at this hotel- 1- The bathroom is open without any door so basically everyone in the room can see you inside the bathroom. This is not an ideal situation for any travelers except couples. Moreover, it ensures that the water from the shower falls into the room and makes it wet. 2- The bed provides no comforter or blanket. So when you feel cold you have to unwrap a brown paper full length cover that does not give any protection at all from the cold. 3- When you switch on the hand shower, the head shower comes on automatically, that too with ice cold water! 4- There is a large counter behind the bed to place items but when you put something on it, you get a loud metallic shrieking noise. 5- Air conditioning in the corridor outside the rooms is set to freezing temperature. 6- Breakfast timings were supposed to be from 7 am to 10 am, but when we went at 8 30 am most of the food was over and nobody was taking an interest in refilling the food. The coffee machine was not working properly. 7- We could hear everything that occurred in adjacent rooms, because soundproofing was poor. 8- We were given two separate beds in spite of being a couple. 9- Finding out which switches operate which lights was very difficult. Moreover on the first day we requested a wake up call which never came! The few positive points are- 1- Close to Fira Metro Station on the Metro Line 9 (4 minute walk) 2- Close to Gran Vía 2 shopping mall (12 minute walk) 3- Friendly and polite staff Overall I think the hotel needs to make a lot of improvements!

Este hotel está ubicado a tres cuadras de la estación de metro que en 20 minutos te deja en el centro. El señor que se encontraba en recepción a la noche nos indicó cómo ir sin necesidad de sacar el auto del estacionamiento, ya que es un incordio conseguir lugar para estacionar y los valores son altos. El hotel posee parking a la vuelta con un costo de 10€ diarios. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, cómodas, tanto el colchón como las almohadas. Disponen de caja de seguridad. Las instalaciones se ven limpias. Las personas de recepción son correctos. El único inconveniente que tuvimos es que pedimos si nos guardaban unas bebidas en la heladera del hotel porque la habitación no dispone de frigobar y nos dijeron que no lo tienen permitido. Solo medicamentos

Good location near the airport, despite BCN's awful public transport. It's a nice, cheap place to stay if you need to be near the airport for an early flight and don't mind staying in a hostel bunk. I only stayed one night and didn't explore the area much, but it seems there's plenty around to do if you're staying a bit longer than I did.

It’s a basic hotel located near the airport. Do note that the minimum taxi fee to reach the hotel is 21 euro from the airport but if using a taxi meter it’s only between 16-20 euros. There’s a train to the airport too. It’s true that there are mosquitoes in the area but I only found one in the room. There’s no amenities except for all in one shower gel in the bathroom. Interesting hotel concept on water recycling and using light from the sun to power the toilet lights. They are not for profit so it’s actually good to help them spread their intention to help people and the environment. Breakfast provided is very basic. Environment is nice as there’s a small garden. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful.

I went on weekend, the treatment of the staff of 10, the perfect room for the price you have, and breakfast, better than in many hotels with more stars (with newly expressed orange juice) . Very recommended, now in August it is easy to find parking at the door.
