Hotel Diplomat Residency

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the diplomat residency hotel, and i must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment i arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hotel's modern facilities and luxurious rooms were impressive, with attention to detail that showed a commitment to customer satisfaction. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities, including a flat-screen tv and minibar, were top-notch. But what truly set diplomat residency apart was the service. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Whether it was helping with luggage, providing recommendations for local attractions, or simply offering a warm smile, they made me feel valued and appreciated. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. The hotel's location was also convenient, within walking distance to public transportation and local attractions. Poor staff services, room not good as compare with price range

The room were filled with cockroaches, bathroom was so dirty that i wanted to go somewhere else. Entire hotel had that "rotten smell" that reeked of some unkept place. This entire ordeal at this price wasn't expected!

Nice infrastructure but poorly managed. They will prepare room once you reach hotel.

The staff is untrained they don't know how to create a bill in place of customer name they are putting customer name ***** with company name. No kitchen. Useless menu which they don't have any thing mentioned in it.

Extremely horrible experience at the hotel. Geyser not working, wifi not working. Unclean washrooms. And the biggest of them all rat infestation. 2 rats created havoc inside the room. The hotel staff was completely disinterested to pay any attention to the same. A change of room was denied. No measures were taken to take the rats out of the room. Had to stay in the room for 2 nights. Would never suggest this hotel to anyone travel-ling to bareilly.
