"All marks for location but none for service. If you book please be ready for surprises because they don’t entertain upgrades even of the rooms are vacant. Half of the rooms are finished with half a century old fixtures and dirty refrigerator, defunct electrical equipment. They will try to give you rooms in the old block of you’re booking. I booked 10 rooms for 2 days and almost everyone faced a cold and rude treatment by untrained staff of the hotel. The breakfast is already too basic, the intimidating attitude of staff makes it worse. If you are expecting even a 2 star service, please do not visit."

"My stay at Sterling Ameris Kasoli was an excellent experience overall. The hotel is beautifully located amidst the lush green hills of kasoli, offering stunning views of the Parvati Valley. The ambience is peaceful and perfect for relaxation. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all essential amenities. The balcony view was especially mesmerizing, making mornings and evenings truly refreshing. The staff deserves special mention for their warm hospitality. They were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Room service was prompt, and housekeeping maintained high standards of cleanliness throughout our stay. The property also has well-kept outdoor areas, perfect for nature walks or just sitting back and enjoying the mountain breeze. The location is convenient—close enough to the main Kasoli market yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Overall, Sterling Ameris Kasoli is a great place for families, couples, and solo travelers who want a blend of comfort, nature, and good service. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to visiting again."
