"If it is not a smaller size, this hotel is absolutely value for money. The staff is very friendly. There is a caring radiator in the bathroom. The clothes are washed and dry the next day. There is a coffee machine in the room. There is coffee tea. The most important thing is to open a kettle. This is really difficult. Expensive. Every morning I went out and found that the door handle had prepared croissants for us. There were also many mirrors behind the room (of course we lived in two rooms slightly different). I feel that this hotel can be worth 700+ if you don’t care about the exterior."

Enjoy a great stay at an affordable price in double, triple or family rooms for 4 or 5 people. Reception desk open 24 hours a day, buffet breakfast, WIFI, air conditioning, restaurants nearby and a beach right across the street.
"Good location . Just beside Tram station ( L2 &L3). Very near to beach as well . Hotel service if good . Staffs are friendly . Room is small but with this rate it is totally acceptable. Breakfast is Horrable ( i am sorry but this is really far from normal standard) . Overall is ok , reccomended to stay but you can find your own breakfast."

"The tall slim male receptionist is amazingly friendly and he recommended and advice us not to deive to Cannes. He is absolutely right we did save a lot of time in traffic and the train ride is scenic and convenient. The restaurant he recommended is super reasonable and delicious. The room is aircon - good for us as we cannot survive without it. Room is small for 2 person and do not have space to open 2 luggages. We were given 405 which elevator lands on level 3 only. He helped us carried our luggages to the flight of stairs.. Parking is safe in their private garage and price reasonable for 28euros per night.
The lobby and outdoor sitting is so cosy and breezy at night. Recommended to stay."

SSurajnThe location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations.
The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean.
The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies.
I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults.
There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes.
Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around.

GGuest UserGreat hotel and location but not necessarily a 5 star service for reasons as follows:
1. It took 6 hours for our luggage to be taken to our room (it was only 2 rucksacks) which we would have happily carried up to our room ourselves but they insisted on check-in for us to leave for them to do.
2. The rudest restaurant hostess Valentine we have ever met in our many years of travelling and dining - when my husband asked to book a table for dinner, she failed to look up from her notepad and barked loudly and aggressively the words ‘WHAT?’ at him.
3. Restaurant clearly understaffed in the evening and being carried by a few superb waiting staff, namely Ken, whilst others swan around busy with little impact. Food was great and timely (once you could order it).
4. Tried to order a bottle of wine with dinner - Two of the four white wines on the menu were out of stock.
Clearly some teething issues with this new hotel, understaffed and poor communication and training. A few excellent staff too. But seemed to lack any meaningful or visible leadership in key client facing areas, which the brigade seemed to need.

GGuest UserI had a couple days available and quickly decided to spend them in the South of France. I haven't been there for years, about time to catch up. And it was a wonderful time, the hotel is located absolutely perfect, only minutes to the beaches, to the restaurant and to the main shopping streets. As I also took some time to jump over to Monte Carlo, Cannes and Grasse, it turned out that the Gare de Ville, the main train station also is just located like a 10 minute walk. Absolutely wonderful, no need for a taxi, or Uber or anything, everything possibleby foot.
The rooms at the hotel are not necessarily the latest fashion and one can say for sure a bit used, but well, all I need is a good and clean bed, and it was very comfortable for a good night rest. The bathroom had all the needed accessories like hair dryer, and more importantly, a good hot shower.
Needless to say that the team at the hotel are friendly, helpful and always have a smile for you.
Thank you for a wonderful stay, and I surely will try to get there again when in Nice next time!

GGuest UserSpectacular hotel, excellent location right on the Promenade de Anglais so sea is just on the front. Staff is extremely helpful, the room was clean with good amenities. Would definitely recommend.
Breakfast options were good but i missed a coffee machine - only brewed coffee available with milk on the side
Also upon check in you will need to pay 100eur deposit, which I was not aware of at first, but maybe it was just me not checking thoroughly. Upon check out it was refunded within 10-15mins

GGuest UserA small, pleasant hotel a few meters from the sea promenade. There are restaurants in the vicinity and 2 supermarkets opposite the hotel. Distance from the railway station 15 minutes on foot, from the tram from the airport 8 minutes on foot.
The hotel rooms are smaller, which is standard in France. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very pleasant and helpful, on the last day we got breakfast at 6:00 a.m., despite the fact that it was officially only from 7:30 a.m. The hotel provides luggage storage for early arrival or late departure. We got a free upgrade to a superior room facing the courtyard. The room is new, clean, comfortable. The bathroom is also small but clean and well equipped. Cleaning and towel change was done every day and the cleaning was detailed. The breakfast was excellent (yogurts, cereals, ham, cheese, sausages, scrambled eggs, croissants, cakes, fruit, fruit puree, jams,...), the weak link was the coffee. The drip coffee in a thermos was weak, the coffee from the machine (cappuccino, latte, cocoa) was made of powder. At the bar, they have an espresso machine, with such a small number of guests, the bartender would surely manage to make everyone a normal high-quality espresso, and the guests would appreciate it.

The facilities felt more like a 3-star hotel, but everything was clean and well-stocked, which made up for it. The location is fantastic – I could walk to almost all the popular spots, and it's super close to both the airport and train station. There are many amenities such as kettle, coffee and tea. The bathroom is also as the similar size as the sleeping room, which is a plus as per other single room use in other hotels.
