Guest UserThe stay was for visiting Brighton, the location was good for the station and also bus routes around town. Thought it was going to be noisier due to the proximity of station but was quite quiet! Room as a whole was good apart from the fridge in room was never working when we arrived in room, ( maybe for housekeeping to check each day ?) Also no toiletries, no shower cap, that cheap thing most places put in the bathroom, but if you forget something you can purchase downstairs! Breakfast was good with a lot of choice. All in all a nice place to sleep and location excellent for exploring Brighton

DollingtonI enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was clean, although tired looking from the outside. The rooms are clean,with tea making facilities and a hairdryer. There is shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap, as well as a toothbrush and the smallest tube of tooth paste - enough for 2 times.
The staff are friendly but the reception area looks tired and busy.
The continental breakfast, in my opinion, is not worth paying for. The breakfast area is the only communal area as the restaurant is closed at the moment..
The location was great and it is easy to get around from here.

Anonymous UserThe room itself was quite spacious and clean, though getting to it was a bit of a maze. It was hot and there was no air conditioning, but thankfully they provided a fan. The first half of the night was a bit warm; I had to sleep with the fan on and the window open, but the window was quite narrow and didn't open very wide. It got much more comfortable in the latter half of the night.

Guest UserAmazing hotel, staff were really lovely and very helpful with any questions we had. We were even able to leave our bags at reception while we spent a few extra hours in town when our train was cancelled. Room was very clean and provided everything we could've needed (towels, kettle, iron, hand/shower gel, hangers). The only minor inconvenience we experiences was that our room was looking onto some equipment on the roof (vents?) which were slightly loud when the window was opened, however the hotel room was equipped with soft foam earplugs which were very effective. All in all a wonderful experience and memory in Brighton, would recommend and would love to go back again!

On the pricey end of hotels in Brighton, the room very simple and old fashioned.
No real complaints staff are very friendly. Getting the bags to the room is difficulty so I wouldn't recommend to someone with reduced mobility.
But overall great view and nice staff.

BafsWelcoming and friendly Reception from Abba. Check in was easy and offered the QR Code for wi-fi.
The location was excellent and room was comfortable. Some of the negative reviews are a bit harsh as it is a old hotel but the price reflects some moderation which would be nice to have if you are looking for reasonable rate with clean and great location and a comfortable bed and enough facilities - a iron, kettle and even a fan this is a great choice. TV had Netflix as well .

Easy to book via Trip.com, reasonable price for room with ensuite in great location. I liked the decor and the bathroom. Lovely clean fluffy white towels, good wifi, password clearly indicated, useful blackout blind, HOWEVER, the lights were falling out of the ceiling, bedside lamps were sort of attached to the wall, very wobbly and dusty and the bed was cobbled together from two mismatched divans so that there was a downhill slope towards the head end of several inches. I have never seen anything like it. I slept for an hour or two using the pillows to prop me up, but still woke with all the blood gone to my head so I had to sleep upside down on top of the bed. A bed to sleep in is THE basic requirement for a hotel room, so really guys, install an actual bed!!!!!!

The room was not large, but it felt modern and clean, just like the picture! The location was good, but it was disappointing for a place where 4 people went and paid 80,000 won per person. There was no elevator and the bathroom was shared... ㅠ But I think that date was a bit expensive. I looked up other dates and it was just a little cheaper. I would have been 99% satisfied! The bathroom was clean, but there was no shampoo. They gave us one towel each.

This is my favorite place to stay in Brighton! It’s quiet and laid back, the location is amazing and it’s cheaper to stay here than anywhere else. Definitely recommend.
