Lovely place, beautiful decor, delicious breakfast! Only negatives: 1) the heating didn't turn on and the room was a bit cold (it was too late at night to ask someone about it), 2) the shower wasn't the best - couldn't keep a stable temperature. That said, I'd definitely stay again and can gladly recommend.

A few niggling things that could be improved to make it perfect, however, I would not book when the temperature outside is in the mid 20c or higher! It was baking inside more than outside, making it extremely difficult to work and sleep. The room was very clean other than a few hairs stuck in the pillow (paper lined instead of quality pillows). My room was right next to the cleaners cupboard and noise from others slamming their doors can be heard very clearly. Otherwise the street noise couldn’t be heard with the door closed, but in that heat there was no way you would want to close the door. They give you a standing fan and a ceiling fan that stays set to 19c and no way to make it go faster. You’ve been warned about booking in hot weather! They have a spacious lobby you can sit and work if needed, but I didn’t stay after check out. Great location for all amenities of Brighton. Cleaning products provided for dish washing, washing clothes and eco hand soap. Hair dryer, ironing board and iron, safe, bottle of water, milk and tea/coffee which was a nice touch (usually you get the fake milk in the pods). Everything else you need to provide yourself. Would stay here again if was in Brighton and in the winter! Maybe it’ll be nice and cosy in the winter.

Had a really great experience at The Charm Hotel. We booked the ”King Suite with View” which had an amazing scenic view, especially in the morning with the cool breeze. The environment and room is not only conducive, but is both spacious and clean. Highly recommend travellers who are looking for a safe hotel as my friend and I (both females) felt rather comfortable staying in this hotel. Only advise would be to pack light as there is no lift and we had to climb 2 stories up. Otherwise, everything is close to perfect.

The place will send you a code to gain access on the day. There was actually someone there on the day to help if I needed it. The room was really clean and comfortable aswell as spacious. Considering the price, the location was really good too!

2025.10.1-10.7 Staying in the parent-child room, the view is great, there are many supermarkets around, and it is convenient to take the bus. We arrived in the morning. Although it was not the time to check in, the hotel happened to have a room. The room space is very small and the decoration is very careful, especially the bathroom, especially clean and bright, not moldy at all, there is a small balcony to drink tea. The room is underground, and the room is dry and warm by the dehumidifier, so you have to pour water in the dehumidifier once a day. Checked the Raiders in advance, the British hotel is indeed no slippers, no toothbrush toothpaste, but biscuits, tea and coffee tubes are enough. Breakfast is eaten at the charm of the two rooms on the right. There are various Western breakfasts. Of course, there are British ones. vegetarians are also considered. Coffee and tea are very good, we eat breakfast slowly every day, drink milk tea, and the stomach is warm. There are also orders on the weekend, there are Benedict eggs and the like. On the 7th, we left early in the morning and asked for a sandwich one night in advance. The package was also very strict. Thank you staff!

The hotel opens directly to a beautiful sea view, and the staff are very enthusiastic. The room is quite good, and the toilet is clean.

A lovely modern hotel with a nice gym and food. I ate at the restaurant all three nights of my stay due to poor weather - but very tasty food! Beach and i360 and places are close walk and so is the train station ! My issue is with cleanliness… my room felt dusty - I could feel it n also see it - from dust bunnies creeping from under my bed to the bedside tables having crumbs in corners, I wiped the table under the TV/next to the mirror as I wished to put my skincare etc… there and the tissue was dirty! It’s clear that a male or someone with a beard cleaned my room as 2/3 days I had stubble/hair on my sink. Also, the shower had not been cleaned on the tiles as there was black gunk/mould coming off the grout when I simply pointed the shower head towards it. Rooms are also not sound proof as I could hear my neighbors go to the bathroom, wind noises and two days in I had to tell reception to ask my neighbour to not blast the TV at 7am! Despite that, staff are very friendly! I would order food just before 9.30pm n they wouldn’t mind - in the restaurant. I was also able to shorten my stay by one night due to not needing an extra day without issue - just reservations team needs to accept it once you do through Trip. Water bottles are provided - my last morning there was a full water outage in the morning… luckily I used my head and asked for extra bottles to allow me to get ready at least! Alternatively showers at Hilton Leisure Centre were possible for us to use until it was sorted.

It was a decent stay and at off peak for £80 on a Saturday it’s not too bad. It’s a nice area of town and near to everything whilst still being quiet. The key code system as helpful asyou could come and go at any time and no check in process was needed. The room was a reasonable size but the bathroom was very small and tight. The room gad basic creature comforts like soap, small shower gel/shampoo pots and hot drinks facilities. The overall cleanliness was fine but the extractor fan in the bathroom was very dusty and the shower could’ve been cleaner with some hairs in it. The bed and key hygiene elements were clean though. The floors were quite thin so you could hear neighbours at times and the room could’ve done with a blackout blind really. If it was cheap to stay again I’d consider here, but I wouldn’t pay more than I did given the overall experience as some basics were overlooked as mentioned. Hopefully the feedback is constructive.

the location is great - near the sea! The weather was great, so we are satisfied. We did not expect more amenities from the hotel, because everything was appropriate for the old city. The owner of the hotel was friendly, even allowed to leave things until the evening. we recommend!
