Four Points Hotels in Beijing

The hotel is newly opened, and the environment, hygiene, and location are all excellent. The front desk staff member (a young man) was very quick with check-in and even gave the children complimentary breakfast, without requiring a deposit. The twin beds are 1.3 meters wide. The room isn't very large, but it's close to the subway, which is super convenient for getting around. Food deliveries are brought to the room by a robot, and the room is restocked with water and cleaned daily. The breakfast restaurant is on the 6th floor, and the Sheraton hotel rooms are on the 23rd floor and above. There are a total of 6 elevators, with 2 exclusively for the Sheraton. Some other floors are still under renovation and belong to other hotels.

Overall, my stay was very pleasant. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and a wide array of dining and shopping options nearby, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. The lobby design is modern and impressive, and the staff are warm and attentive, providing efficient and thoughtful service from check-in to check-out. The room was clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding and good soundproofing, ensuring a high-quality night's sleep. The bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were of high quality, demonstrating great attention to detail.

Room number: 2109 has been avoided. Facilities: 1. Why is there no trash can next to the toilet? It was placed in a strange little corner by the sink. 2. Two power outages! The first time I called the front desk, they said it had happened in other rooms before and even sent a cleaning lady to check. What good is a cleaning lady in this situation? She's not a professional, how can she fix the problem? I won't even mention the second power outage. By power outage, I mean a sudden cut in electricity that requires a manual restart. 3. The air conditioning was useless, not cool at all. Setting it to 21 degrees didn't help, and adjusting the fan speed made no difference. My worst Sheraton stay ever.

The most commendable aspect was the front desk staff, Leo, who provided professional and warm service. The check-in and check-out process was efficient and smooth, with no unnecessary waiting. When I inquired about directions to nearby office buildings and public transportation, Leo patiently offered practical travel advice. Throughout my stay, he was humble and courteous, proactively checking on my experience. His perfectly balanced service made me feel incredibly comfortable. Whether it's for a short business trip or a longer business stay, this hotel is an excellent choice for business accommodation in the West Station area. I will definitely choose it again for future business trips to Beijing.
