The room is quite new. When I booked, breakfast was only included for two people, and I was traveling with a 12-year-old child. At Sheraton Suzhou, they would usually offer a complimentary breakfast for the child, but unfortunately, this Sheraton in Shanghai didn't. I asked at the front desk, and they said it wasn't possible. As a long-time Sheraton loyal member, I'm a bit disappointed. Also, the room upgrades offered through Ctrip never seem to work; every time I ask when booking, they say it's not possible. I wonder why they even offer this to Ctrip members if it can't be used? Honestly, the hotel is surrounded by a food street, so it's very convenient for eating and shopping. Plus, there are free drinks in the room's mini-fridge.

From check-in to check-out, my entire experience was absolutely perfect. Coming back for a vacation from overseas, I wasn't familiar with hotels in Shanghai. Seeing that this was a Four Points by Marriott property, I felt confident about the service. Upon arrival, I had a lot of luggage, and the bellhop helped me with it all the way. The staff were all warm and polite, patiently answering guests' questions. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-15 minute drive to the Bund, without traffic. My originally booked king-sized bed room was upgraded for free to the suite shown in picture three. The room was clean, tidy, and the facilities were very new. I will definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation on my next visit to Shanghai.

I checked into room 1918 on December 8th, and the staff at the front desk were very welcoming. We had a special request to stay in the original room until the 20th. Throughout our stay, from the front desk to the Yikele Restaurant and housekeeping, everyone made us feel warm and cared for.

Especially during breakfast, my husband had 'special' requests for certain dishes. The restaurant manager would kindly ask the chef to provide 'special service' – a plate of vibrant green bell peppers, gently blanched, and some glossy, delicious black fungus. This made our breakfast even more delightful and heartwarming.

Our room attendant, who cleaned our room daily, always left it immaculate and with such care. She even arranged my scattered cosmetics artistically, making me feel so welcome and showing me how to organize them myself. This seemingly small gesture taught me the true meaning of service: 'meticulous and heartfelt attention to detail'! My sincere thanks to her for her hard work from December 8th to the 20th! We must have caused you a lot of trouble during that time! Yet, whenever I'd say, 'Thank you for your trouble, you've worked so hard!' she would always respond with a sweet smile, 'You're welcome, it's my job to do it well!'

We extend our gratitude to all the staff who served us during our stay!

Environment: European architectural style, beautiful surroundings, lakeside design, comfortable and quiet, very relaxing and pleasant.
Service: First-class service, the front desk staff were very polite and check-in was fast. The staff interacted with guests in a friendly manner.
Hygiene and Facilities: Clean, with complete entertainment facilities such as a swimming pool and gym. There's a large park in front of the hotel, suitable for children to play in. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to Legoland. It's very popular with families.
Hotel Restaurant: High value for money. Beef noodle sets or chicken noodle sets are 58 RMB each, with large portions and great taste.

The room was spacious, and the service was excellent. The shuttle service to Disney Resort was very convenient, and the subway station is only about a 3-minute bike ride away. Highly recommended for Disney visitors! However, the immediate area is quite remote with limited dining and entertainment options.

Overall it's OK. After all, the hotel is quite new. However, I'm not particularly satisfied with the service. I asked the front desk to send two bottles of water to the room. I asked three times in total, and it took more than half an hour to deliver. The front desk didn't seem to smile. I don't know if the parking lot is divided into underground garage and ground. The license plate number was registered at the front desk, but I don't know if it was because I parked in the underground garage, but I still paid when I came out. At least the front desk didn't ask me where I parked. In short, there is no problem with the hardware facilities. After all, the hotel is quite new. The service quality needs to be improved!

The hotel is located right in the middle of high rises in the financial district. While vicinity to metro, pier, restaurants etc is very pleasant, it's also super confusing to get to and feels a bit claustrophobic.
The room was nice as such, a lot smaller than the previous hotel I stayed in in NYC (no seating option except the desk chair here). Housekeeping seems a bit unorganized; I stayed two nights and on the day I spent in NYC completely and left the hotel around 10am for sightseeing, returning around 5pm, no room service had been done at all. On the next day, when I was due to check out, housekeeping knocked on my door at around 9am when I was still in the shower. 
For a decent price I would consider staying again but with other alternatives available would likely choose something else.

After 14 hours of our trip from middle east we have slept well in their comfy bed. My family and I have enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very cozy and very convenient. Aside from close to the train station there is also a place called chinatown who offers great food with a lot of variation with an affordable prices. Though the hotel has incomplete stuffs such as no bathrobe, slippers and service is 6/10 still there is a room for improvement. Overall i can recommend this hotel and we will definitely be coming back in our future plans. Thank you so much and keep it up!

I was a little skeptical reading online reviews but my stay was excellent.  Location was excellent, I pretty much walked everywhere.  Subway station is across the street.  Toiletries were of good quality, even makeup wipes were provided!  Wifi signal was strong.  I wanted to give a special shoutout to Monica from front desk.  She was very helpful and ever so friendly.

My husband and I went to spend Christmas in New York, with my son, daughter-in-law and two granddaughters. Even though we made reservations on different apps, they not only placed us side by side, but also upgraded us to the 17th floor. Everything's good!!

The hotel's location is close to the subway station and easy to get to and from the airport. The hotel is clean, with 1.5-meter-wide twin beds. There are many restaurants nearby, including a Chinese restaurant with delicious Sichuan cuisine. Although the hotel, like some other hotels, does not have toothbrushes, slippers and other supplies, the price of just over 1,000 yuan is acceptable in Manhattan.

The room was great, typical Sheraton five-star quality – very clean and business-like. I was surprised it was so cheap at the time, but we only stayed one night. The subway station connects directly to the hotel basement, though this passage closes at night. If you have an early flight, it's better to use the outside entrance.

The hotel offers a really good accommodation as our travel in Korea seoul, even though we are confused there’s same hotel but diff location. Front desk is very helpful and general. Bedroom is clean, and their house keeping is doing great job too to keep room clean and tidy all the time.

Clean and comfortable room. There are many varieties of restaurants and eateries around. Amenities were a bit basic. I would stay here again if I were to stay in this area.

The room was very noisy; I'm not sure why so many motorcycles were constantly making noise, even late into the night. On the bright side, transportation was convenient. Communication with the front desk was a bit challenging due to their limited English proficiency. (Helpful tip: take airport bus 6703!) They don't provide toiletries or complimentary water, but you can purchase water at the 7-Eleven located downstairs, right behind the hotel. The room itself was quite small, but thankfully, the bed I booked was a larger size.
