My stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Chongqing was fantastic! I absolutely have to give it a great review! The hotel's location is super convenient, right in Jiefangbei, offering amazing views from Chongqing's prime spot – the night views of Yuzhong are absolutely stunning. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and the soundproofing was good too, ensuring a good night's sleep. A special shout-out to the front desk service; check-in was efficient and warm, and they even proactively offered tips on local attractions and dining. The breakfast had a wide variety, and the Chongqing noodles were authentic and delicious. Downstairs, there's a snack street which is perfect for a stroll or an evening jog, and Hongyadong is also very close by. Overall, it offers great value for money, and the service was prompt and responsive. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chongqing and highly recommend it to any friends visiting!

Came back late last night and the lobby lights were off, but the front desk staff saw we wanted to play billiards and specially turned on the lights for us for a bit, thank you! We had a great stay for two days. The room curtains block out light really well, and even with just the bathroom light on, it's not pitch black. The floor mat is super long and can cover the entire bathroom floor. Will definitely come back next time I'm in Chongqing, haha, Jiulongpo is so much fun! 🤓🤓

The new hotel is very clean and tidy overall, with brand new facilities. The room is spacious and bright, making for a pleasant stay. Anne at the front desk provided excellent service. 👍

Overall, the Four Points by Sheraton is a good hotel. I chose it because I needed to return my rental car at Chongqing North Railway Station and then catch the high-speed train. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. My only slight complaint was that after registering my car number, I only had 15 minutes to exit the parking garage. Waiting for the elevator, loading the car, and then finding the exit felt a bit rushed in 15 minutes.

I really have to give this hotel a perfect score! From the moment I checked in, I felt the thoughtful service. The staff member, Elena, was efficient and gentle, making the entire process smooth and comfortable. The room decor is simple yet elegant, with excellent natural light and ventilation. The toiletries are high-quality, and the cleanliness details are exceptionally well-done. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the environment is quiet and peaceful, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is superb, with plenty of amenities nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. My experience was fantastic, and it's definitely worth coming back to again and again!

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations and was the most delightful stay I've had recently! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the warm and elegant ambiance, coupled with Hannah's friendly and attentive service at the front desk, made me feel incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep.

The room was very nice, clean and tidy. Parking was ample, and the hotel location was good. The service was especially excellent, with a wide variety of breakfast options, and the noodles were particularly delicious.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in a large commercial area with many popular bubble tea shops, KFC, and McDonald's. There's even a Shaxian Snacks right across the street, so food and drinks are never an issue! It's about a 15-minute taxi ride to Disneyland, and getting a driver is always quick. The hotel itself has a great overall style, a kind of light retro vibe. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom area is quite large too. They even offer free stroller rentals with locks, and gave us Mickey headbands, which was a lovely touch. The service is really good! Breakfast is also impressive, with hot dishes like rattan pepper fish slices and black pepper beef cubes. I've already recommended it to my friends!

Excellent location: hundreds of stores, restaurants, cafes, international fast food restaurants, grocery stores, fruit shops etc. within 2 minutes walking distance, 3 minutes walking distance to Shanghai Circus and ERA acrobatic performance theatre, 5 minutes walking distance to 2 metro stations along Line 1. Nice room with comfortable bed, safe box, iron and ironing board, a hotel spa, etc. Nice breakfast with some minor deficits (no butter, no jam, the marmelads taste strangely, the pineapple juice does not taste pineapple, the coffee options Americano and Latte do not taste Americano and Latte). Fast check-in but slow checkout probably because I handed over a list of items I had taken from the minibar and to give me receipt prolonged the checkout. However, these were minor issues and should not impact the rating.

The Four Points by Sheraton Shanghai, Pudong is in an excellent location, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was great. The service was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. The breakfast selection was plentiful. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. It's perfect for both business trips and tourism, highly recommended.

Facilities: For a hotel near Disney, the value for money is excellent. It's much more comfortable and reassuring than staying in a B&B. 
Hygiene: The cleaning staff are great, always asking if there's anything specific we need. 
Service: The front desk staff are very enthusiastic and proactive in asking about our stay. You can message them on WeChat with any questions.
Breakfast: Pretty good.
Exclusive Disney Resort Shuttle Service: It's too early; there are only two shuttles, and the second one is at 8:20 AM, which is too late to catch for park opening.

Our trip was for Legoland and Fengjing Ancient Town, so we chose the Hampton by Hilton Fengjing. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a lake view room. There's a park right across, perfect for an evening stroll by the lake – the environment is very peaceful.

The hotel room is quite spacious, and the facilities are comprehensive. Parking is very convenient with a large underground garage. It's also easy to get a taxi to Fengjing Ancient Town in the evening.

Having stayed at the Legoland Hotel and the Hilton Garden Inn Colorful Land before, I opted for the Hampton by Hilton this time. I was initially worried about the distance, but it turned out to be only about 12km, which is acceptable.

The breakfast was also quite good, with all the usual offerings, and the restaurant environment is very pleasant.

They even gave us a small gift when we checked out.

This hotel is definitely highly recommended.

I chose the this hotel for its location.my late check-in and 3 nights stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

Overall, I'm quite satisfied. We stayed at a hotel near the border crossing in advance of our trip to Hong Kong, which was very convenient for crossing early in the morning and getting ahead of the queues. 

The check-in experience could be improved slightly. There weren't many staff members at the reception when we checked in during the afternoon, so we had to wait quite a while, but their service and responsiveness to complaints were excellent.

While the room wasn't brand new (understandable given its age), it was clean, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job.

The environment is quiet and elegant, with a great sense of design, and the hygiene is spotless. The staff are professional and courteous, making you feel right at home. The facilities are high-end and complete, with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a super high quality of sleep. The overall quality is absolutely top-notch.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's very close to the airport and less than 100 meters from the subway station, making transportation super convenient. Downstairs, there's a MixC mall, so finding food is easy. The breakfast selection is also rich, and they even offer a breakfast take-away service for guests with early flights, which is a great touch. The staff are very enthusiastic, and the room hygiene is impeccable. I loved that the TV supports screen mirroring (big plus!). They also have self-service laundry and dryers, and you can even see the availability on the TV, which is really clever. 👍 Definitely recommended!

This hotel stay exceeded my expectations in terms of overall quality! The hallway design is simple yet sophisticated, with clean carpets and marble flooring, and soft, non-glaring lighting that creates a fantastic ambiance. The room facilities are complete, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and all amenities are well-stocked and spotless. The service is also very attentive, and the soundproofing is excellent, making for a wonderfully comfortable stay. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in the area!

Visited the Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen Bay with my family, and it received unanimous praise! The service was incredibly warm; the front desk staff, Levi, even offered to help us take photos and recommended great spots for pictures around the hotel. The lobby bar also provided complimentary snacks. The hygiene was impeccable; the room carpets were vacuumed clean with no debris, and the bathroom counter was spotless, without a single water stain. The hotel's facilities are perfect for photo ops – the 'Sky Mirror' view from the Cloud Lobby on the 22nd floor was stunning, and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the guest rooms offered amazing shots of the bay. There were also recreational facilities like foosball, which made our gathering with friends really fun. Both the facilities and environment are excellent, and the service is superb. Highly recommended!
