公寓不在路邊，找到有些費力。入住和離店全自助！對衞生要求高的人不合適！房間總體就像出租屋，有家用基本設施，上下兩層，衞生條件一般，未提供一次性梳子。

距離良鄉大學城站走路只要2分鐘的時間，原來房東請朋友代管，服務很不錯，對於我們的需求也是盡力滿足，空間大小也很適合，推薦給家庭出遊的人使用

衞生：衞生一般般吧

This is the most comfortable apartment I have stayed in during my trip. Most importantly, it is clean, the quilt is soft, and the mattress is comfortable. I will book this apartment again if I have the chance to go to Beijing next time.

It's very close to the subway and it's a four or five minute walk. There's a restaurant downstairs and takeaways can be delivered to the building. The house has one bedroom, one living room, one kitchen, one bathroom, windows, and air conditioning. The boss is very nice and replies to messages quickly. If you need laundry detergent or hangers, just tell the boss and he can deliver them.

Stayed for another day and felt pretty good. The service attitude of the lady was very good. It is more than 600 meters away from the subway. It is convenient for living and shopping around. The sanitation and facilities are good.
