This hotel is great! The toys for kids were excellent, and the staff were all incredibly helpful. The delivery lady was especially kind and went out of her way to assist us. The front desk staff were also wonderful. We'll definitely be back in the future. The hygiene was superb, really impressive. We were on a family trip from Chongqing.

I stayed here for a business trip and overall, it was a great experience. The location is convenient, making my commute easy. The room was clean, tidy, quiet, and comfortable, allowing me to rest well and get work done. Both the front desk and room service were attentive and efficient, with great attention to detail. There's also a Shanxi-style restaurant, a self-service drink cabinet, and a small shop, making it convenient to buy daily necessities, snacks, and drinks. Just across the road from the hotel, heading south, there's a small supermarket with a good selection of daily goods, fruits, and vegetables. Heading north, there's McDonald's and KFC, and the subway station isn't far either, just a few minutes' walk. Everything is very convenient. **Service:** The front desk service was incredibly down-to-earth. They patiently answered all our questions without any stiff, procedural feeling.

Every year, our industry conference is held at the old International Exhibition Center in Sanyuanqiao, so I always book the Royal Hotel. Its location is incredibly convenient. This year, I was so busy with my business trip that I forgot to book a room in advance. In the end, I could only get a single room type for one night, meaning I'd have to switch rooms halfway through, which was a first for me. When checking in, I was assisted by Manager Gu. I explained to her that any room type would be fine, as long as I didn't have to change rooms during my stay. The hotel had a high occupancy rate that day, but after Manager Gu checked, she applied to her senior leader, Manager Li, and managed to switch me to an Executive Twin Room, so I wouldn't have to move. Manager Gu's service was incredibly professional and her attitude was excellent; she genuinely put the customer first. The professional service from both managers made my stay very pleasant. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast is fantastic, with a wide variety of options, especially the freshly fried Chinese crullers (youtiao) – they're really crispy and highly recommended. The hotel's location is great, and although it's an older hotel, the service is incredibly personalized. It's definitely my top choice for business trips to Beijing, especially in the North 3rd Ring area.

The room itself was even more striking; walking in, it felt particularly bright and airy with excellent natural light and ventilation. The entire room was meticulously cleaned. The bed linen and duvet covers were flat, clean, pristine, and spotless, feeling dry and soft to the touch without any dampness or smell. The dry-wet separation in the bathroom was very well done; the vanity, mirror, toilet, and shower area were all wiped sparkling clean. The toiletries were complete and of good quality. Hot water came out quickly and with stable temperature, making for a very comfortable shower experience. Even easily overlooked details like room corners, under the bed, and window sills were thoroughly cleaned, truly showing the dedication of the housekeeping staff.

Remember that it seems to be booked at 6-7 at night, and it cost 135 yuan in a community. This season is also cheap. Looking at the outside is very broken. The decoration in the house is not bad. The bed was very comfortable and the place was a bit small. Such a little money is worth it.
