The room was surprisingly clean and tidy, with soft, odorless bedding. The bathroom was spotless, with a great wet/dry separation, and also completely odor-free. The attention to detail was evident everywhere, making my stay feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The facilities were excellent too; the high-speed Wi-Fi was perfect for streaming and working without any lag, and the silent air conditioning ensured a peaceful night's sleep. Everything I needed was readily available. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, making check-in and check-out quick and efficient. They were also very patient in answering my travel questions, which made me feel right at home.

Service: The front desk staff was very polite and at least helped with luggage, but seemed a bit unfamiliar with procedures, like not knowing the TV channels in the room. Cleanliness: There were some shortcomings in the details, like a lot of visible dust under the mirror and in other obvious spots. Facilities: Quite comfortable. I slept wonderfully, which was great for adjusting to the time difference. There are many restaurants nearby; I had hotpot… The hotel breakfast was also good, with fresh vegetables and a wide variety of teas. I loved it! 😍

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! Both the lobby and the outdoor courtyard are outstanding. It features a charming outdoor courtyard with a great atmosphere, complete with a brick wall perfect for photos that truly captures Beijing's character: a prominent 'Beijing' sign, traditional sand swallow kite decorations, and a fun 'Princess, get rich!' banner. It's a fantastic spot for pictures. The courtyard also has casual tables and chairs, perfect for resting after a long day of sightseeing. The greenery adds a touch of life, and there are photo opportunities everywhere. It's an ideal spot for anyone visiting Beijing and looking for great photo ops.

Booked this hotel for a trip to Beijing Tongren Hospital with my child. It's about a 30-minute taxi ride in the morning. The hotel offers free parking, and there are dining options nearby, making it quite convenient overall. The front desk even upgraded our room for free!

The Executive Family Room was fantastic! The service was excellent, and the environment was clean and quiet. It's fully equipped, and the surrounding transportation is very convenient. It's an excellent choice for a stay in Beijing. Highly recommend booking it!

I accidentally left the screen window open at night, and a bunch of small bugs flew into my room. I was pretty devastated, but when I called the front desk, the staff responded super quickly. They not only upgraded me to an executive suite for free but also helped me move my luggage without any hint of impatience. The new room had a great view, was quiet, and spotless – my experience was immediately elevated! I highly recommend their efficient and thoughtful service; I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area! 💯

The hotel is located in a very strategic area, with easy access to the city and many nearby attractions. However, the service was quite poor. The staff asked me to pay extra just to get a room on a higher floor, even though had already requested it during booking. They also tried to charge me to upgrade the mattress, claiming the one I selected was too small for two people - but it was actually a queen-sized bed 💀

They patiently and meticulously answered all my questions, providing attentive service that made the entire experience comfortable. The guest rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy, with excellent ventilation and natural light. The overall environment was quiet and peaceful, with excellent soundproofing. The bedding was soft, clean, and fluffy, and the mattress was just right – so relaxing to lie on. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area and no unpleasant odors. The toiletries were comprehensive and effective, and the facilities were well-maintained, contributing to a high-quality living experience. I have to specifically praise the hotel's breakfast buffet! The variety was truly extensive and complete, with a great mix of Chinese and Western options, and a good balance of meat and vegetables – so many choices! There were Chinese hot dishes, various congees, steamed buns, noodles, cold appetizers, and a full array of Western bread, cakes, toast, salads, and drinks. The biggest bonus was the live noodle station, where fresh noodles and wontons were made on the spot. The broth was savory and delicious, with rich toppings and an authentic taste. Ingredients were replenished fresh daily, and restocking was quick, so there were never any empty platters. The fruits were fresh and juicy, and the desserts had a delicate texture. The overall taste was light and palatable, not greasy. The restaurant environment was clean and bright, and tables were cleared promptly, making for a very comfortable dining experience. Overall, I could clearly feel the standardized service and meticulous attention to detail from both the HUAZHU and Mercure brands. With its attentive service, clean environment, and consistent dining quality, this hotel is undoubtedly the top choice in the South Station area, whether for business trips, leisure travel, or high-speed rail transfers. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Beijing!

I was very satisfied with the room. The staff were very kind and welcoming. There are many breakfast and snack options nearby, and it's close to the subway station. I arrived at the hotel at 6:30 AM, and the staff kindly checked me in at 7:00 AM, which I really appreciated!
