Hotels in Yongdingmen and South Railway Station Area, Beijing

The location of the hotel was good and there were two metro stations close by. The biggest problem is the cleaning. I read the comments here on trip before booking and thought they were being picky but it is really that bad. Even as you enter, the hotel has a B grade document in terms of hygiene, which is already concerning. The bedsheets and pillows were fine but all other surfaces were full of sticky dirt that stays when the place isn't cleaned properly so the dirt just gets wet and sticks. The shower had a wood drawer inside that always gets wet whenever you shower and it was really disgusting. Despite the ok price and the good service, I definitely wouldn't stay there again. And they urgently need to improve their cleaning.

I originally booked this hotel for its location, but I ended up being impressed by the attention to detail. The bedding comfort rivals a five-star hotel, and the local snacks for breakfast were truly authentic. When checking out, they even proactively asked about my stay, and that feeling of being valued was wonderful. Hardware can be replicated, but warmth is irreplaceable. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends.

The staff were very friendly. Eventhough they're not very fluent in english they tried their best to help us with our queries using google translator. They greet us everytime we enter the lobby & say goodbye. everyone was very nice and friendly and i definitely recommend staying here. It's 15mins walk away from Jingfenmen Train station. & very convenient to go to the main areas. There's also eateries around the hotel. & you can do your laundry there yourself for free!

The location is excellent, very close to the subway station, and surrounded by a well-developed commercial area, so you don't have to go far for dining or shopping. The room has great natural light, and the large projector TV offers an amazing experience for binge-watching shows. It feels very much like a home away from home, making travel hassle-free when staying here.

Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped. Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean and tidy. Environment: I've never slept so comfortably; I slept for over 10 hours straight. Service: The front desk lady provided excellent service, even upgrading my room for free. Thank you all!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel room was spacious, the air conditioning was just right, and the soundproofing was excellent, so we slept incredibly well. Plus, the view from the window was lovely and really brightened our mood. A huge shoutout goes to Ms. Yu at the front desk, who was simply wonderful! She had a sweet smile and provided excellent service, even surprising us with a complimentary room upgrade, which was a delightful bonus for our trip. When we needed a late check-out, she was very accommodating and enthusiastically helped us arrange it, allowing us to pack without rushing. She also kindly stored our luggage after check-out, saving us a lot of hassle. Ms. Yu was consistently gentle and patient, always ready to assist, truly treating guests like family. Thanks to her attentiveness, this trip felt extra special and warm. We’ll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The facilities are complete, and the delivery robot is very convenient. The hygiene is very clean, and the service is good. We were offered tea upon check-in, and Atour's tea is delicious. The environment is excellent, and it's conveniently located near Wanda Plaza, which is great for shopping. I highly recommend staying here.

After comparing many hotels, I finally chose this Light Inn, and it didn't disappoint. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; the corners, tabletops, and bathroom were all spotless and tidy. The amenities were complete, clean, and reassuring. The staff were exceptionally friendly, patient, and enthusiastic, responding quickly to any needs. The room had great natural light and ventilation, and the overall environment was quiet and comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area!

Room number: 2109 has been avoided. Facilities: 1. Why is there no trash can next to the toilet? It was placed in a strange little corner by the sink. 2. Two power outages! The first time I called the front desk, they said it had happened in other rooms before and even sent a cleaning lady to check. What good is a cleaning lady in this situation? She's not a professional, how can she fix the problem? I won't even mention the second power outage. By power outage, I mean a sudden cut in electricity that requires a manual restart. 3. The air conditioning was useless, not cool at all. Setting it to 21 degrees didn't help, and adjusting the fan speed made no difference. My worst Sheraton stay ever.

There was hair on the floor, and the air conditioning vent was incredibly dusty, even blowing dust onto the bed. However, the service was just okay, and the bed itself was quite comfortable to sleep in.
