"I loved the hotel, good location, what I didn't think was cool was that when I called to make the reservation they said they only had a double room with a single bed. Well, when checking in it was the same answer. When we went to the hotel room, the door lock didn't even open and we were allocated another room, the last one having a double bed. How come it had a double bed and it never appeared in the reservation. Everything else was great, breakfast tomorrow with a lot of variety, everything worked perfectly."

" I wish to express my profound disappointment with the accommodation at Vila rica My recent stay at Vilarica was marred by several concerning issues. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a distressing scene: mosquitoes were flying freely in the room, and to my dismay, there was no drinking water provided. This lack of basic amenities, especially after enduring long hours of travel, was deeply unsettling. Furthermore, the check-in process was disorganized and frustrating. There was only one staff member present at the reception, who unfortunately did not speak English. This language barrier made communication difficult, and I was not properly guided to my room. As a result, I found myself wandering aimlessly holding my bags in my hand, trying to locate my accommodations. The overall experience was incredibly disappointing and far below the standard of service I expected. It is unacceptable to subject guests to such conditions, particularly after a long journey. "
