"I was shocked when I saw a vinyl padded toilet seat with splits and cracks. UNSANITARY! DISGUSTING! Big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion that everyone else has touched/used. Location is creepy. Very old heat/ac unit. Almost needed a hammer to push the buttons . Inconsiderate neighbors. I deserve a refund. This hotels concern is the almighty $ and not their guests."

"We stayed three nights. Spent $560. They did not clean room once. They did not pick up wet towels or give us new ones. Coffee was always empty. Very under staffed. We felt bad for the employees and for the other customers. Never again. We suggest going across the street."
