I can’t believe that it was nine years ago that I last stayed at this hotel and my wife and I loved it back then. I have just stayed for five nights from 17th September and was really impressed with the revamped rooms, which I’m told were done 12 months ago. The rooms are now very comfortable and stylish, with very nice bathrooms, modern fittings and a great television. The main hotel reception and restaurant is closed most of the day but is open for lunch service and sometimes for breakfast, if customers request it. Part of the attraction of visiting this area is the great food, particularly at restaurants serving the lunchtime menu del dia. My friend lives in Benifallet so we tried a few restaurants but the best, by some margin, was Hotel Pepo. The lunchtime menu del dia was extensive and every one of the three courses with simply delicious and at 18€, including wine, great value. Joanna and the rest of the restaurant staff were very friendly and spoke English well, which made things easy. The Saturday menu was more expensive but the five course taster menu was stunning. So all in all, Hotel Pepo is a great place to stay and in our opinion, the best place to eat. The rooms would benefit from some basic tea and coffee making facilities.

El hotel es muy agradable, cómodo, limpio, silencioso y además muy bonito. Recomendable 100 por 100 si estás por la zona, pero lo mejor de todo es el personal, siempre contentos, amables y con una sonrisa. La comida del restaurante es de estrella, superior, aconsejo desayunar en el mismo hotel/restaurante, seguro que volveremos, muchas gracias a todo su personal!!!

Buena relación calidad precio, habitaciones cómodas, el hotel muy limpio, atención estupenda y los desayunos fantásticos y te lo sirven en mesa. Experiencia genial. El personal muy muy amables. Muy recomendable.

Es un hotel muy acogedor. Todo muy limpio y arreglado. Pero el mayor valor son las personas con las que tratas, como la Consól y la Joana, una maravilla de atención al cliente, o una camarera como la Cristina que te sirve siempre con una gran sonrisa.

I first stayed at Pepo's over 20 years ago. Some things remain constant, rooms are basic but absolutely spotless, cleaned daily and the water is piping hot. I do wish they had a kettle and coffee, they never have but hey ho! The restaurant just's gets better, the ambience, impeccable service and they have both a la carte menu's and a fantastic choice on the menu del dia. A 2 star hotel and 5 star restaurant, booking the restaurant is essential on a weekend.
