The facility is very well equipped and we had so much to do. Personally, I spent a lot of time at the pool and in front of the beach, but also spent time practicing tennis, went to gym, to balance the good amount of eating and drinking there. There’s also a pool table (although I feel it needs better equipment), a club, a cafe, a healthy eating cafe and so much more. We had a good time overall

I stayed during Christmas 2022 and it was raining therefore no one could enjoy the resort however the food is terrible and the service

Las personas y el personal está muy amable y amigable. La comida fue increíble y hay muchas opciones para comer. Yo recomiendo las restaurantes “himitsu” y “portofino” y el “world cafe” está muy bien para desayuno. La comida en el vestíbulo principal está muy bien también. El resort fue muy bonita y muy limpio.

This review is for Passionate band at the hotel. Beautiful songs, atmosphere and voice. They are really amazing. It was lovely sitting at the bar and listening to them. Two beautiful voices that blended into each other so perfectly it was like a harmony to my ears. The songs were fitting into their voices so nicely that we forgot about the seaweed on the beach

We stayed at Dreams Sapphire with our 2 kids and my Mother in Law. The Resort is huge and had plenty of things for the kids to do, waterpark, pool activities, game room, nightly entertainment. Buffet in World Cafe was very good and had a variety of food choices with them nights. You definitely get plenty of authentic Mexican cuisine here! All the Staff were helpful and nice. Only issues were trying to get the used towels and face cloths replaced and the wildlife on the resort, I could NEVER get used to. This Coati animal that looks like a cross between a possum and raccoon were all over the resort and came out when they smelled food. OMG! Also the beach had an abundance of seaweed, so we could not go on it. That was a real bummer since I LOVE the BEACH!!

This resort was unmaintained, under staffed, and overall disturbing. I got food poisoning from their room service. Do not stay here please

Its a great hotel on te lower part of the tops resorts. Vip status was very honored and was great. The staff is always kind and useful for all amenities and activities.
Restaurants are great, and the oriental and french ones are superb! They are not that big so expect a bit of waiting because there are no reservations

Es un hotel no tan nuevo, pero los cuartos súper limpios, amplios, llevamos niños chicos y para nosotros fue muy bueno que no es tanta la extensión de terreno, la alberca está muy grande, y la comida es demasiado variada. El ambiente es muy muy familiar. Definitivamente volveríamos
