Poor service. Rooms were overbooked and they were understaffed. Refused to pour shots at any bar or restaurant after our first day there (not because of us-just in general). The pool bars ran out of limes and beers on our last day there. Servers were mostly unkind. Unacceptable wait times at restaurants. Impossible to get hibachi table for more than 3 people. Have to get on at midnight to reserve and even then, impossible. Overall, not a good experience and would never recommend. This was our 6th all inclusive trip in Mexico and 7th all inclusive overall and by far, the worst experience. We were thankful we were in a big group and could make it fun! Entertainment staff were great.

The overall location was no where anything else. The store was over priced. Rooms were half cleaned, room service was 24 hours but cold by the time it made it to our room. You can tell it’s an older facility

Overall excellent trip! The resort was very nice and in a great location, not too far from the hotel zone or airport. The staff was super friendly and always went above and beyond to meet my needs! I do wish there were more activities do later in the evening, but other than that everything was awesome!

The experience was horrible took forever to checkin they offered to a lot of things just to try to get to take a time share the people at the spa messed up our ticket so they only got 8,dollars tip and called and asked if we could tip more which we tipped 50 a piece and it is not my fault the guy screwed the ticket up very RUDE, then when we went in and told them that we didn't want to do the time share the guy got rude with us the other thing that was horrible was the smell in the building it smelt like mold and the last thing was the resteraunt were a joke and the Mexican resteraunt was close the whole 4 days we were there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

La estancia familiar fue de lo mejor, un servicio y atención esmerados. Habitaciones amplias, limpias, confortables. Piscinas para ambiente o para relajarse. Alimentos, seguridad, hospitalidad, todo bien.

Rooms and services were top tier. Every part of the experience was great from the food to the room and all of the events l, and Luis(bartender) is easily the star of the resort. Master bartender, great showmanship, and just a really really good time.

Resort was very clean, Food was good, Bars was not allowed to pour shots of liquor, we wanted to do shots but they had make mix drinks with all liquor and there was no beach to get in. There was some restricted areas for certain class of people; Hotel kept trying to sell Timeshares @ Secert. but they said it was not timeshare. But overall 4 stars
