"It was a stopover stay at Mercure Berua for us this trip. We were impressed by the spacious and grand lobby. Service at the front desk was quick and welcoming. The staff at the restaurant were also very helpful with the recommendation. My room was nice and clean and smelled fresh. The location is about 20min from the airport and you can arrange a transfer at a fee. Didn't get to use the facilities this time. Highly recommended this hotel."

"There has been no hot water, and I dare not wash my hair. We forgot to bring the power adapter, so we asked the front desk to help charge the power bank. We took it before it was full. We asked to charge it for a while and then pick it up. The front desk actually told us to pay for it."
