Room was clean and tidy.
The only inconvenience I stayed at this hotel was that I had to wait until 7:10am when I arrived in Berlin in the morning because there was no staff from 11pm to 7am, and it was difficult to keep to luggage. If you can speak German, it should be no problem because there is contact number that you can contact all day. But I cannot speak German at all and call someone in Germany so I had to wait about 30 minutes.

There was coffee and a coffee pot in the room. There was a balcony. It was close to the train station when leaving for the airport. The front desk was helpful with the best way to get to the airport.
However, what we did not like was that the profile picture looked nothing like the hotel we stayed in. We were charged to check in early? We were given a room on the third floor, but the elevator didn't work. We were moved to the first floor which was really the second because we had to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the room. The lights in the shower didn't work so we showered with a night light. It was suitable to stay in for just one night, but we wouldn't want to stay anymore than that.

Camere molto belle e moderne, ampie. Bagno molto grande e funzionale, anche se "aperto" sulla camera. Cucinino poco utilizzabile, anche perché mancava pressoché tutto, ci si può giusto fare un caffè all'americana con quanto in dotazione. Posizione molto comoda, vicinissimo a due stazioni di metropolitana, a pochi minuti a piedi da Alexanderplatz (dove anche parcheggiare l'auto). Molto comodo ed utile la disponibilità di lavatrici ed asciugatrici nel seminterrato. Peccato per la cucina, abbiamo comunque chiesto piatti e pentole, poi però non hanno scolapasta, cucchiai di legno, altri accessori vari per pranzare/cenare. Comunque, nel complessivo, è un'ottima struttura da tener ben presente quando a Berlino
