Limehome Berlin Prenzlauer Allee - Digital Access

Great location about 250 yards from a tram stop with frequent trams into the city center. Access is very automated - you are given key codes to access the building door and your room. Instructions are clearly presented in emails. We thought that the hotel would be in the middle of a nice neighborhood - we found cafes and pubs were fairly spread out across an area within 15 minutes walk. It was not as if the hotel is on a street where there are lots of shops and cafes, but streets that do offer that are about 5-10 minutes walk away. Shower pressure OK but not great. Bathroom was good, clean and functional. We paid for an upgrade large sized room - which worked out to an average sized room so go by the following: - regular room = small - large room = medium (normal US hotel room) There were no laundry facilities available. There is only one elevator which is relatively large (for Europe). Most of the time there was zero waiting time. Occasionally during maid service (middle of the day) waits can take longer. There is a good taxi drop off spot right in front of the hotel where they can wait and you can easily load. Beds were comfortable and soft and hard pillows were provided. There was a nice mini-kitchen with a coffee maker with provided coffee (but no milk). Overall fairly pleased with this hotel. The photos as ever make rooms seem larger than reality.

Stayed for two nights, the sheets were fine, the towels were not replaced, the breakfast was at the same price, and the other stores in the boutique hotel were worse. The quality of the service staff was also the same. The waiter in the restaurant would not care about you except for greetings. The front desk was friendly, but not professional. Especially a woman, emotional management ability let me suspect that she has mental problems, I politely ask printing, she will not play, stuck in one of the steps, in fact, say that she will not do it, she suddenly raised the tone, very loud repeat: this is where I will not! Repeated several times, people who didn't know thought I quarreled with her... How can people with emotional management skills work at the front desk of a hotel that claims to be a 4-star hotel? I felt too outrageous anyway and scared me.

Lovely stay at this hotel, the rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. There was only shampoo/shower gel and hand soap in the room so I had to ask for conditioner. The hairdryer was excellent. At breakfast the food was good, but here could have been more variety. Our waitress for the 5 days N.Garcia was friendly, helpful and very attentive. We used the gym which you need to book a slot for due to covid, so we were in with only 1 other room. It was a good size, with a good variety of equipment and weights. Stephanie at reception was very helpful and friendly with a good sense of humour. The hotel is directly across from the M2 tram stop, which makes it very convenient to get the tram. Would definitely stay again.

This hostel is packed with noisy teen-agers. Location is good, rooms are ok. We stayed in a two beds bedroom with a caravan toilet inside, pretty helpful but pretty small and dirty as well. Cleanliness standards are not really high. Basically the place is well connected with a lovely common spaces but everything is dirty as **** and the guests are going to make feel your visit like a kindergarten visit but apart of that, if you can catch a good price like we did, the place is not bad.

This was our third time in Berlin. We stayed 3 nights in Zarenhof hotel. We were supposed to stay 4 nights, but we had to leave a day earlier. The hotel didn’t charge the night we left earlier, so a big thank you to the hotel. The hotel is located in Prenzlauer Berg right beside the metro/U-bahn. (U2) The area is safe and really cosy. Your are within walking distance of Mauer Park. Speaking of Mauer Park. Try to go there on a sunday, you won’t regret it. Check in and checkout was quick. We stayed two adults and two children in room 308. A spacious room with a little kitchen and a refrigerator. The room was clean and we had a balcony which was very nice in the mornings and evenings. The breakfast was nice with a fine selection of cold and warm food and drinks. But the the breakfast staff. Wow I didn’t see one smile from either of them. No friendly welcome or anything. They really ought to lighten up a little. Wi-Fi is free and the connection is good. You have access to a parking garage nearby for approximately 15 euros/night. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Zarenhof Hotel another time.
