"This is a nice hotel, very clean, great breakfast. However there are some downsides we don’t like: the pool’s water is not that clean and the room service is not that good. When we enter the room on the first day, there was no bath towels at all, I went down to the front desk and asked for some. The second day, after we came back, it was already after 5pm, the room service hasn’t show up yet, I called the front desk and it took a while for them to show up to change my towels."

"It can be said to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When I opened the room, I saw that there was a door inside. I knocked a few times, but someone responded. It was too scary😱 I was so scared that I hurried to the front desk to change the room type, saying that I didn’t like this kind of room. But the front desk said that there were no other room types, and helped us transfer to another room on the same floor. The carpet in the room was also very dirty, as if it had never been washed. If it wasn't too late (after one o'clock in the morning), we would definitely not stay. earned the daylight"

"When we got to the hotel for check-in they had freshly baked cookies which were absolutely delicious! That's something we haven't had at any of the other hotels the past 3 weeks so it added a bit of a personal touch. I'm not a coffee or tea drinker so I was glad to see hot chocolate was available at all times. Staff were excellent and the room was good and updated too. The breakfast was good too."

"I look for local hotels that are clean, friendly, and safe. The Querque hit all those requirements and then some. It is an older building, but we'll maintained and very clean. Every staff member i met was friendly and efficient, and when I met the manager I could see why. There were plenty of food options nearby, and I was able to uber anywhere I needed to go for $10-$20 depending on time and distance. I will definitely be returning when I am back in the area."

The only challenge we had was the evening restaurant service. There were very few customers but we were never offered a beverage or checked on after we got our food. Service was very average.
