The front desk staff were all friendly and left a good impression.
At first glance, it looked more like an ordinary private home than a hotel, but considering the location it was relatively easy to find and I didn't have to wander around looking for it.
The rooms were clean and safety was well ensured. If I had to point out a drawback, it would be that the shower and toilet were shared.
I happened to be in a room next to them so it wasn't too inconvenient.
Looking out the window with a small balcony gave me a sense of calm.

Great location in quiet neighborhood where you can easily walk or tram to old town, and great breakfast is included. Everyone we interacted with at the front desk at checkin and checkout and during our stay was very friendly, kind and helpful. They even lent us a dry bag so we could go swimming in the river! The current is very fast so you can just float and it will carry you from Point A to B and you can hop in/hop out like a highway. It was very fun and the best part of our trip, so it was especially wonderful they lent us the bag so we could have the full experience swimming with our things. If you are there during warm weather, it seems like the whole town is out having fun in the river on the weekend!

Hotel pequeno,aconchegante e recepção agradável. Café da manhã delicioso e ambiente super agradável. O banheiro era coletivo mas em nada atrapalha a estadia,limpissimo. Fica 3km do centro de Berna com onibus e tran(trenzinho) a cada 8 minutos,perto do hotel. Geralmente nas cidades turisticas da Suica, menos Zurich,os hoteis lhe dão o transporte via bilhete ou QR Code durante a estadia.
