"There were many little things not right. 1 Phone numbers that we were sent did not work 2 Looking at the photo of the bedroom which was the one we had there were items missing - 1 stool, 1 bedside cupboard & the blanket. 3 Soap dispensers were empty 4 No toilet roll holder 5 Only towels for 1 person 6 The pillows looked rather scruffy 7 No shelves in the bathroom, though there was a good corner which could have been used 8 No provision for leaving the key when leaving early 9 I had to stand on a stool to access a socket to charge my phone 10 A kitchen with cupboards was attached to the bedroom but it didn't seem finished and there really was no place to sit and eat in comfort An acceptable stay and we were supplied with a warm blanket on request."

"Ambiance was lacking and poor hospitality.Poor security and did not feel safe.Overpriced and uneasy location .No shower cap.Few TV channels..was glad it was only a 1 nite stayover.Lack professionalism,only saw youngster early in the evening...reception area was unattended at 10pm and 8am.Poor ,poor service"

"The rooms and hospitality were very good. My only concern was the in house food as portions were small and not for every palate with only Suggest a starter and dessert be added . The vouchers on the last day were great as we could get takeaways from a number of places so great selection"
