"Great backpackers hostel that says exactly what it is on the tin. Receptionists were super friendly and had great knowledge of local spots and bus routes to get to places. Great social areas with ping pong/darts and surf boards to rent. Private room wasn’t the cleanest but better than expected. Bit bright on a morning but it gets you out of bed! Pool looked alright as well."

"My Wife and I stayed recently for two nights. The service we received from the staff at Rydges staff was excellent! The hotel room was very clean and was great for what we required. The only thing we would mention (and a very minor issue), but the showerhead used although I think they are going for a 'misty' type showerhead, it was not very relaxing as the water went outside of shower. Additionally, it would be been nice to include more body wash bottles, as they were quite small.
Overall, would definitely recommend Rydges Gold Coast Airport!"

"The motel is better than I expected. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the airport. There is a bus stop at the door, which is very convenient. The front desk was very welcoming and gave breakfast, milk cereal and bread. The room is ok, tidy."
