"Overall, this hotel is okay with its class, there are only a few things that need to be fixed, namely towels that are already dirty/torn so that they can be replaced and not used again. The mop was too wet at the time of initial check in and only dried the next day. Here, breakfast is in a box. I was not surprised because I had asked at the beginning. The others, AC, Hot Water, TV are functioning well.... even a kettle with complete coffee and tea is provided. Thank you Cordella Inn"

"Honestly, I love staying here. Since my very first business trip to Medan, I've always chosen this hotel. What I find most appealing is the futuristic room design, and a small detail I appreciate is that even the lowest room category comes with a bolster pillow. However, truthfully, the service has been getting worse over time. For example, during my numerous stays there, I've only once had my luggage unloaded from the car. Most of the time, the security and bellboys are quite indifferent. It would be a shame if the hotel's reputation was ruined because of this, especially since at any other hotel I've stayed at, particularly 3-star establishments, the security or bellboys are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful with unloading and even carrying bags. My suggestion to management: please re-evaluate staff performance. Honestly, the only reason I keep coming back is because of the great room design. Thank you."

"Don’t judge the hotel based on how it looks from outside as it might look like a run down building! The room is good, you get what you pay. Breakfast is good, local indonesian breakfast. The best part about this hotel is the staff. They might not be a 5 star hotel (I think) but the hospitality is 5 star! (From the staffs in the entrance area, to the reception counter, restaurants to the cleaning staff!) Kudos to the whole team! The location outside the hotel might be a bit creepy after 10pm to walk around because it’s dark. But don’t worry there’s always at least 2 staffs at the door and if you’re taking e-hailing service you’ll be fine, just don’t walk outside alone."
