My mother had always wanted to see Tagore’s university, so we picked this place for its closeness to Visva-Bharati — and it turned out to be perfect. The bungalow felt instantly welcoming, almost like staying at a friend’s home. My dad spent his mornings reading by the window while I helped the host plan our day’s wanderings through the haat and local crafts stalls. In the evenings, we’d gather over simple, delicious Bengali dinners and share stories with other guests. It wasn’t just a stay — it felt like being part of Santiniketan’s rhythm for a few days."

Pillow and bedsheet was dirty. After request to manager he denied to change the room inspite of available of other room. Not even room freshner used on request. After so many requests somehow change the bedsheet and pillow cover breakfast is just formalities."
