"I can only echo precisely what others have said on here. Staff awkward and demanding on reception, more interested in speaking Hindi and playing on their phones than dealing with customers. I came here to stay over for a cheap night near a long-standing client. They wouldn't accept me because I didn't have any photo ID on me, which I've never needed before. The tiny car park was ridiculous with tiny spaces and a skip in one of them. I ended up having to pay to park in a nearby multi-storey car park, drag my bags around to here, only to be told that I could not stay due to the lack of ID. They were unreceptive to my failed attempts at bargaining to stay with them (I had to work urgently from a hotel that night), so I ended up dragging my bags back up the stairs in the multi-storey car park, paying my parking fee, and leaving - for a different hotel. An absolute disgrace with unhelpful staff, I'll never consider them again."

"Vile stinking dirty room . I understand that it was a cheap room …. But I’ve stayed in hostels that are £15 a night that have been much cleaner ! There was water running out of the ceiling light in the bathroom and the floors and carpets wet and smelling of damp as a result . For a non smoking room it was reeking of cigarettes and the window locks completely busted . The bedding was full of marks and the walls covered too"
