Has to be the best B&B in Blackpool by far. Second time we have stayed here now and had the nicest sleep, the cleanliness is above and beyond room was perfect breakfast is lovely nothing is to much trouble. Bar is always well stocked . Ann and Dave are most warmest people and great with the kids will be staying again definitely thank you for a lovely stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Before we arrived at the property Dave called to offer us parking options. We appreciated the thoughtfulness. On arriving at the guest house, Dave was outside the property waiting to greet us. This again was very very thoughtful and kind. He assisted us with our luggage. This is a budget hotel and we booked two days before so we were happy to get somewhere that was close to the attractions in Blackpool and to the beach. Dave was friendly, chatty and made himself available to assist us. With this said, we were told children weren’t allowed the WiFi password, and for breakfast, they weren’t allowed sausage or bacon. We found this a bit off putting. My 6 year old being autistic, these two things were hard to explain to him, he just didn’t understand. So, I gave him my bacon and sausage from my own plate. The room was clean and the bedding was clean and I loved the colour of the duvet. We slept well. The bathroom is very small in the family en-suite so moving around is not very good. One thing I would suggest, is to have a bath mat in front the shower. We used one of the towels to do this and this left us with a towel short for one of our children. But we made it work without any fuss.

Stayed here on a 3 night break 2 nights were through a voucher and we booked a extra night in for the England match Suprised we were only guests in hotel in June but apperantly it is the quiet season Upon arrival greeted by Dave a larger then life character lol Very informal and upfront and full of information Very friendly Hotel does not except cards, so be warned take some cash . We had room 2 A small double ,very clean and adequate for what you need Only niggle was the bathroom was so tight to manoeuvre in due to a large sink next to the shower Bit to big for size of the room really You had to come out the bathroom to dry off as you couldn't dry off in there without getting bruised up .. But it was very clean Could do with a non slip mat for shower too just for safety . We made it work though Breakfast was fine ..piping hot and very good portion size Nice set up for the day exploring Dave and Ann will do anything to help A massive thank you for going out the way to help suprise My hubby with his birthday cake at breakfast and then stored the cake till we left . Internet was fine no issues (perhaps be helpful to have this password displayed somewhere ) Could do with a small fan in the room as it got slightly stuffy at night Windows open to a degree but because of the gulls understanding why not all the way Probably been one of the friendlier hotels we've stayed in so well done for that . Would we return Yes .

Stayed with Dave & Ann in recent days. Part of an Irish football team taking part in a football tournament. Dave was such a welcoming host who knew the dynamics of getting to and from the games whilst also providing local knowledge on things to do in the afternoon & evenings. Rooms were very clean and they had so much time and patience for the young people in our party. Very accomodating and a big part of our positive Blackpool experience. Two legends ❤️

Just back from a weekend trip for the Blackpool football tournament. We was reluctant to return after a disappointing stay 2 years ago in another not so nice guest house. This time round faith has been well and truly restored. Dave and Ann went above and beyond during our stay, ever so friendly and nothing was a problem. Highly recommend this place, the boys have all had a fantastic weekend. Keep doing what your doing, thanks again. York RI...

Stayed with our football team Escomb FC the hotel was fantastic Dave & Anne were superb hosts hotel very clean we could not off asked for a better hotel the kids absolutely loved it as did the parents breakfast was great bar was even better from the minute we booked the hotel communication was second to none Dave goes that extra mile would highly recommend and would definitely stay again x

This was a last minute booking for us. The hosts were amazingly helpful, going above and beyond for my granddaughter and I. Unfortunately due to an early start at our tournament we didn't get to have breakfast, however we were offered an array of breakfast items and alternatives with me being vegetarian. The room was lovely, clean, tidy and welcoming. Very comfy bed and plenty of pillows provided. Tea and coffee in the room, lovely quality, soft towels. Will definitely be going back again and will recommend to others too. Thanks again guys for a fantastic experience and for your help and kindness 😊

Myself and my partner stayed for 2 nights and Dave and Ann where great. The room was very clean as was the whole hotel. Breakfast was great with orange juice, Tea and coffee. We would sefinateley stay again and planning a family trip later in the year and will be booking with Dave and Ann for that trip as I said they where very polite and welcoming.

Lovely clean hotel in a perfect location, a few minute walk to the seafront. Dave and Ann were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was lovely, and we would absolutely stay again if we went to Blackpool in the future. Thankyou for making us feel welcome :)
